We moved into our new place in November and the screen doo was not on our slider due to damage to the screen (frame was fine). Fast forward to beautiful days where we ant the air flowing! Emailed to get a quote, got a call/email right away. Called the next business day but the week was full (we were not the only ones wanting fresh air :-). I told Theresa to let me know if there were any cancellations and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Received a call that there was a cancellation for that same day. YAY!!! We were asked to provide pictures and measurements of the 5 windows and 2 sliding doors so they could give us the estimate/cost. On the day of installation, the installer/owner told us that the movable screen doors were NOT included in the pricing and there would be an extra cost for them along with extended installation time, possibly a 2-3 day delay of completion. After much arguing over who was responsible for the oversight and incorrect dimensions, the owner/installer finally admitted that his office had made the mistakes, but the additional costs would stand. It took us showing him the actual e-mail which we had sent to their office which proved the clear pictures and correct dimension were provided to them as they requested. The installation and product are OK, but if you have another screen company available to use, our suggestion is to go with another company. read more

Screenmobile is wonderful! Bill came out to our house shortly after we moved in and re-screened every screen. It was done quickly and beautifully! Now we can operate our whole house fan without all the bugs coming in. He also installed this sliding door outside our french doors that has this pulley system on it so it automatically closes when my kids go in and out. Highly recommend them! And he showed up on time! What a great patio screen door. Replaces the worn out plastic wheel broken down screen door that was there. This one has steel wheel bearing as the bottom wheels so it runs smooth and won't break down. Made phone call and appointment and got estimate on phone. Installer arrived on time and completed two screen doors in less than an hour. My new 30x80 screens are wonderful and MUCH better than anything I would have found at the local hardware stores. read more
