I have a big, heavy Fleetwood screen door that had the misfortune of having someone (the culprit remains nameless, having never officially revealed himself) walk through it, so it needed the screen replaced. After asking neighbors on fb and irl I called Screenmobile and spoke to Mark on a Tuesday and we worked it out for him to come by to fix the door that Friday. Once he was here he took little time to pull out the old screen and put in a new one without even having to take the door itself down. (This was a concern because it's a heavy, oversized door and I was worried it would get scratched or otherwise injured.) The new screen is good and tight, and looks like it was there all along. Mark was friendly, knew his stuff, and cleaned up after himself. He had suggestions on what I could do to decrease the likelihood of folks walking through the screens again - very helpful. The price was reasonable, and I'm very happy with the job he did. Of course I hope I won't have to, but should the need arise I would call him again without hesitation. My mother's house needed three screens rescreened and one replaired as a condition of her house selling; Screenmobile took care of the whole job for $88 and did a great job. The tech was very courteous and worked quickly to get the job done. He could have sold her a new frame, but repaired the existing one that had a broken 90 degree corner plastic piece instead. They're great for calling you back after waiting 2 days. But when I told them I had to have two new window screens (which they quoted at $40 each) and an estimate for doing the rest of the house which included 12 more they quickly hung up. Very impressed with their service. They were prompt and efficient and got us the custom screen door we needed. It fits beautifully on its track and looks great. The price seemed appropriate. Mark indicated that he'd prefer I pay with a check, though he could do a credit card payment for a small fee. He told me that I could mail the check to him if that would be more convenient than paying then. That was really amazing to me. Excellent customer service and product quality. Mark and Jonathan installed exterior solar window screens on our entire house. They were custom made for different size windows and sliding door. The product has performed just as they described. Six months later we ordered interior honeycomb window blinds. After installation we saw that they didn't fit like we expected. Jonathan reordered new blinds at no cost to us and left the blinds on the windows so we wouldn't be without coverage. Mark Russo and his son-in-law were great. We were looking for a product that would offer security for our house, yet look like window screens. Guarda Screens and security doors were the answer. Initially, were ordered three screens for the "most vulnerable" windows. The windows were were hidden from the street. No sooner than we installed the three screens, there was an attempted break-in. The person attempted to enter the house through the two windows facing the street and the three sliding glass doors. Fortunately they were not able to get into the house, however window glass was cracked and window frames damaged. We immediately called Mark. He immediately returned, measured the rest of the windows, doors, and sliding doors. When the products arrived Mark and his son-in-law installed the products. The screens look great! They arrived at the scheduled time, efficiently installed the screens, demonstrated how to activate the emergency release, then cleaned up. I highly recommend Mark. Mark and his son-in-law work efficiently, professionally, and the quality of their work is "master" quality. The screens look as though they are just "sun screens" to reduce the heat gain. This is important when living in the desert. We have regained our sense of safety knowing unwanted guests are unable to get inside out house.
