The follow up and communication was excellent- so appreciated and rare these days. Austin came to my house and replaced the screens and took measurements for my oversized doors as I wanted phantom screens made. We just had Screenmobile install seven blinds in our condo unit In Palm Desert. The experience was our second and every bit as great as the first one when they helped us select then they installed a security screen front door for us. They walked us thru the options available within our budget and we couldn't be more pleased with how things look. See photo for this blind that cuts the sun and heat, not an ounce of heat can be felt with direct sunlight on them with temps in the high 90's. Terrific product to meet the look and needs for the desert. Its lightweight, slides easily and none of that pulling on cords to open and close your blinds. Straightaway, no one asked for, or compelled this review. It comes from the heart. Jon and Mark are like the Sammy and Dean of shade outfitters: not only are they a pleasure to work and interact with, they complement one another in terms of thinking through a shade structure. To lend backstory, I sought sun/UV protection for the windows of my midcentury writer's aerie in Morongo Valley, plus a shade-sail setup over my vehicle. The process went thusly: I offered ideas, suggested locations; Jon and Mark shared theirs. We agreed on solar shades for those windows that absorbed the worst heat and glare. Then the fellas built a shade-sail carport. The latter not only lined up cost-wise with my budget, it suited my physical environment: a large shade sail attached to lodge-poles that blended in, rather than dominate or alter the raw, open look of my parcel. Fact is, that first structure sewed the seeds of a second Jon just built up. Shame Yelp doesn't allow a photo attachment option to show them off. Yeah, they're that good. read more

We are so glad we chose Screenmobile of La Quinta to rescreen our whole house. Liz and Raul were amazing to work with. Customer Service is clearly important to them. Raul was always right on time and his screens are well-made and look great. Liz's over the phone quote turned on to be spot on after Raul came and measured, and she kept me up to date on the process via text. We were booked for installation later this month (it being their busy season), but true to their word we got worked in earlier when they had an opening. Liz was awesome from the start! They did an excellent job making and installing two window screens, two sliding door screens and installing a Titan security door. They worked so fast and everything looked beautiful afterwards. I'm happy to finally have screens on windows/doors that had been missing upon the purchase of my house. I really do not like to have to leave negative feedback but fell it is my obligation to others who might consider this company. The initial visit did not go well as the representative had several different and incompatible excuses as to why he could not install screens that day despite the advertising. Ultimately a 'manager' called and offered a reduced rate. My gut said 'no' but was trying to be cooperative. Several of the 10 installed screens are not wide enough to even reach the frames. The installer left knowing about the poor fit and remained silent. I cannot believe anyone would find this an adequate job. Suggest if you decide to use this company you check quality while technician is still there. I have no interest in trying to get them to remedy their shoddy work as my experience was dismal so far. read more
