We could not be more happy with the service we received from Screenmobile. From the estimate process to scheduling and finally the installation, Josie and Eric communicated with us throughout and we were never left guessing or waiting for service. initially, we had several windows that needed screen replacement do to damage incurred from our dogs. They suggested a rugged durable screen that was aesthetically pleasing. They removed the damaged screens from our existing frames and measured, cut and installed the new ones in no time. Since they were there at the house, we had them measure and quote the installation of three screen doors. We wanted 2 retractable doors and 1 slider. Eric the installer asked what we were looking for in the doors and we explained we didn't have a lot of room for swinging doors and wanted retractable doors. He suggested the Mirage doors. They're a bit more expensive than other doors, but the quality of the product is worth the price. The back sliding door we had them use the same screen used on our windows for protection against our pets. It took a month to schedule and wait for the doors to be fabricated and we had to schedule two separate days for installation. Eric and his installer assistant took careful measurements of each door before installation to assure proper fit. They took their time in leveling and installing the tracks on all three doors. The result is a tight strong fit and easy moving doors. The sliding door they fabricated on site using the durable pet resistant screen. Of the three doors, this door took the most time to install. Once the door was made and the guide tracks installed, they fiddled and tweeked with the rails and gliding system to assure the door moved effortlessly and smoothly. Overall, we are exceedingly pleased and satisfied with the quality of the product and especially the high level of service we received! I highly recommend using Screenmobile of Round Rock for any of your screening needs! Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, but more importantly, Eric did an absolutely amazing job! While Screenmobile offers a wide variety of screening services, I was only getting several screens replaced (my cats had damaged many of them). Eric called when he was on his way and from the minute he arrived, he was 100% professional, courteous, and considerate. He even suggested moving some screens around (I have a 2-story home) so that the new screening didn't contrast with the old screening (that I was not replacing) as the old screening had lightened due to exposure from the sun. This suggestion meant more work for Eric, but he indicated he was a perfectionist and strongly believes in doing the best job and making his customers happy. SRR Liberty Hill. We have the pleasure of having this local company as near neighbors. I reached out and immediately received a quote and appointment. Due to the weather, we were delayed, but SMRR stayed in touch and kept us up to date. On the day of our appointment, I received a message that they were enroute and when they arrived. Eric and his helper deployed their equipment and got to work. The windows that I contracted for service were done previously by me and it was not the best work. Eric custom made my screens, installed them on my windows and took it a step further. He was kind enough to repair the mess I previously made around the windows. Due to the unrelenting Sun this summer and the loss of two large shade trees from the last several years of ice storm damage, our back of our house (where the majority of our windows are) was completely exposed. It was amazing how Eric put in our solar screens!!! He took his time in measuring and installing. We had multiple windows from different manufacturers and he fitted them all.
