She is so sweet and kind. The nurse that helped me before the doctor came in, I believe her name was Daisy (I could be wrong, but I hope I'm not) was EXCELLENT! She made me feel so comfortable and safe. I've had bad experiences at doctor's offices from a child to adult, so my fear of them causes me to have major anxiety before any appointment. But after speaking with not only Daisy & Dr Chang, but the front desk women too, I felt so at ease! Since I was a new patient I did have to call prior to get set up, which was a quick and easy process with whomever the man was that helped me. The inside of the building is big & extremely clean with plenty of seating. I would recommend this office to anyone, & definitely recommend Dr Nancy Chang & her staff!

We both had symptoms and needed to be cleared to fly, and to make sure we don't bring the germs to our distant family. We checked in at the front desk with Alice, who was very kind and competent! She quickly helped us through all paperwork and put our names in the queue to wait our turn. When we were called back, we were attended to by Lana, NP and she was competent, thorough, and has a great sense of humor. All in all, we are grateful for the excellent care we received and would not hesitate to come back here!

They handle minor illnesses, injuries and even sports physicals. You can use the 'I'm on my way' checkin option on the scripps app to cut down on the wait time. We ended up going to scripps urgent care because what we needed to be seen for was out of their scope, but everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. 4 stars

This includes non COVID things like ear infections in babies. 2) Try calling the billing folks. You'll hold for an hour and then will get transferred to voicemail. I get COVID had brought challenges for every employer. This however, isn't COVID related. It's just poor management overall. Run, don't walk, away from this place. It's not a full-functioning hospital but it covers the basics. The clinic itself, is clean & tucked away by the pharmacy- you'd almost never know it was there, unless you were looking for it. We showed up at noon on a Saturday and they were pretty packed (standing-room, only). It's not a huge office-area, not a whole lot of seating, invasive questionnaire on the iPad-thing & although they were busy as hell, they were cordial & got the job done. -What should've been a standard wound-cleaning & redressing, turned out to be a bigger deal and if it weren't for the NP on duty (Jane Keenburg), we never would've discovered the bigger problem. It took a fresh set of eyes in a single meeting to discover what a physician & nurse treating the ailment for 6 weeks, failed to see. She could have just cleaned the wound & redressed it- but she didn't. For that, I appreciate this clinic and have no problem visiting it again. - Considering the clinic was clean, the staff was attentive, the location was ideal & we were able to just show-up, this clinic gets 5 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that there was only one other person ahead of me. I was seen maybe 5 minutes after my appointment time and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Parking was also easy with an hour validated parking in their garage. They also had a few patient dedicated spots. The nurse and PA that I saw were nice and listened to my symptoms and concerns. They were professional and provided good care. I would definitely return to this location if I needed same day care again.
