It almost looks like "The Price is Right," except inside each room is a fully equipped medical exam space. I saw two different nurses during my visit, and both were very thorough and professional. They collected my relevant health history and symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and conducted a comprehensive exam. They even offered to send my visit history to my home PCP. I felt listened to and cared about. Also it was convenient that when they wrote me a prescription it's so easy to fill it at the CVS pharmacy.

She made me feel so comfortable and safe. I've had bad experiences at doctor's offices from a child to adult, so my fear of them causes me to have major anxiety before any appointment. But after speaking with not only Daisy & Dr Chang, but the front desk women too, I felt so at ease! Since I was a new patient I did have to call prior to get set up, which was a quick and easy process with whomever the man was that helped me. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that there was only one other person ahead of me. I was seen maybe 5 minutes after my appointment time and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Parking was also easy with an hour validated parking in their garage. They also had a few patient dedicated spots. The nurse and PA that I saw were nice and listened to my symptoms and concerns.
