She and her team were absolutely great. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. I give them five stars across the board. I was checked in quickly, and in less than ten minutes, the medical team was already caring for me. About a week before becoming sick, I had been exposed to a serious biological health hazard with potentially fatal consequences. Naturally, I was extremely concerned, and my wife was terrified. Dr. Voigt listened carefully, ordered the appropriate tests, and quickly determined my illness was unrelated to that exposure. She assured me I would make a full recovery within a few days. Her reassurance meant more than I can express. Dr. Voigt's calm, compassionate, and confident manner immediately put me at ease, so I was able to call my wife and let her know that I would be okay. She treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout my visit. I left feeling relieved, encouraged, and truly cared for. I also want to thank the entire staff at Scripps Urgent Care. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, compassionate, and professional. From the moment I arrived until I left, every interaction reflected genuine concern and outstanding patient care. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Voigt and the entire team. They didn't just provide excellent medical care, they treated me like a human. Mary Joy at check-in immediately made me feel welcome and made me feel at ease, Karina was wonderful. She took my vitals and clearly explained my discharge instructions before I left. Dr. Andrews was exceptional. She took the time to listen, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. The nurse who assisted with my care was also incredibly kind and reassuring. I wish I had caught her name because she deserves recognition as well. Abaigail placed me on a brief hold, then she said she will ask Dr. Li if she has sent over my 2 medication orders to my local pharmacy to pick up today. Then Abagail told me that Dr. Li has just sent over her orders for my medications and I should call my Walmart Pharmacy to ask when these two medications will be ready for me to pick up sometime today. I did call yesterday and this pharmacist Wen said these 2 medications will have to be special ordered from their supplier and they should be ready for me to pick up later this afternoon. After I called this Tri-City Primary Care Office 3 times I was able to get my medication order resolved from Dr. Xiang Li.
