My baby had a slightly elevated but normal jaundice level, which they insisted on testing further. The blood test showed a minor increase, but instead of contacting me, they got my phone number wrong and didn't call the emergency contact. Instead, they called the police and a social worker, who showed up at my home that night. I rushed my baby to the hospital, terrified and confused, only to be told his jaundice level was within normal range and that newborns shouldn't be in the ER unless it's truly critical. This entire ordeal was unnecessary, traumatizing, and avoidable. While Dr. Park who we have seen is wonderful, and I would like to omit as part of this negative experience and review. I cannot recommend this clinic. Their extreme response and failure to communicate are inexcusable. Parents should never have to face this kind of situation. Know your rights and be cautious about entrusting your child's care to this practice.
