Wow. What a great updating to the Marlboro facility 8-15-26. Having the Unlimited Plan for the last two years I have enjoyed my membership here very much. I have only had two minor problems that were quickly remedied by the office staff. Minor issues. Normally I utilize this facility 3-5 days a week as I go by there each day. For the last two weeks the Marlboro facility has been having work done in the vacuum stations area. The old asphalt has been removed and replaced now. And are now in the process of installing 12 new modern vacuum stations. Which are currently not available right now, as more work is being done. The car wash tunnel has also had some upgrades too. They have removed and replaced the old car wash brushes and sprayers inside the wash itself. This new equipment is a welcome sight and provides a more intenese coating of soap and rinse spays. I am not looking forward to winter. But I know with these new upgrades. My vehicle will shine a bit more brighter. Thanks, Scrub A Dub. read more

I'm usually not the type of person that leaves a review on anything, but I wanted to clear the air and say I was very impressed with their self service car wash option. I drive a four-door truck with the topper on the back and five dollars allowed me to rinse the whole vehicle, scrub everything with the brush and thoroughly rinse after. The free vacuums, floor mat clips and the window cleaner/rag station was a nice touch. Just wanted to speak up and say good job!! I'll be back read more

When I initially reviewed ScrubaDub on Yelp, unlimited members were not entitled to free vacuuming, but that has changed which is why I'm upping my review from 4 to 5 stars. I would also add that the monthly fee for being an unlimited member has not increased since I became a member several years ago. Given the fact that we're in quite the inflationary environment now, I find that to be very impressive. Keep up the great work ScrubaDub! read more

Jen, I've only met with Junior once and he was not nice at all to me. Dismissive, talking over me, etc. He banned me from Natick after I complained about being sworn at by Elias. Also I never had any altercation with any customers so not sure why you said that? I had one call from someone higher up and he was going to get back to me after he "investigated" but never did. So I'm not sure why you're saying many people met with me. That's not true. I am documenting things too. read more

I don't think you get it Jen. A sign saying CASH ONLY would have saved 20 minutes getting to the bay. And one could not possibly wash and exit fast enough to avoid your "safe" blue goo dropping on the car again. Nor does that address the general filth. read more

If you have an unlimited membership, you can go to any Scrub-A-Dub. Only one drive through at this location. They also have self serve bays here. So stay right for the auto wash. read more

Car wash is always easy at all ScrubaDub locations. I have seen some other car washes which are of equally good quality, but they are local shops. When you are away in different town or city, you don't want to risk your car by going to any random carwash. ScrubaDub helps! They have several locations and I can always trust them wherever I go. They automatic car wash is delicate, doesn't damage/scratch the car yet cleans the car very well. read more

Did an OK job of the wash, but I paid extra to have the wheels cleaned. That didn't happen. I pulled into the area with the rags and completed the job myself. I used to get a better job done at the Marlboro location, but it seems that they push more vehicles through at a quicker pace. I get a better outcome at the car wash in Southborough. Was in a hurry so did not have time to repeat wash. read more

falls on deaf ears carwash ok, just started going to the marlborough location as a monthly member about two months ago and love it. except recently the past 6 car washes, even though, i have told them three times now the past two weeks and they still have done nothing about it -- that the the right handside of the carwash is not shining tires. annoys me that even though i pay for this that i still need to shine my own frickin tires myself and they continue to ignore me. time to switch car washes. rb read more

Flawless wash. No missed areas, no water spots. Attendant was good enough to shut off the undercarriage wash which plays havoc with my headlight electrical system. Will return. read more

I tried this car wash via their offer for free car washes for a month offer for new cars. I'm told every time it's a "Works" wash but I strongly suspect it is an "express". If it was really a works I would give it 1 star as its a pretty average wash. If it is an express its OK although a bit expensive for what you get. The Shell station does a basic machine wash for 2.99 although it is equally mediocre. I gave it 3 stars as the staff is friendly and the other facilities are nice enough (free glass spray and disposable towels). You even get a free bag of peanuts once in a while on your way in. Might use the self service bays after the free washes offer runs out. read more

Be aware! Free month car wash for new cars. I took my brand new car in for a car wash and it came out scratched. I filed a written complaint and was told the Manager would give me a call. Almost 10 days later and no call back to date. I did my best to buff out the scratch with compound. I tried giving this place another chance for a wash and it continued to come out with another scratch. This time the scratch was bigger! read more

I purchased the express wash today to get the last of the salt off my car. The gentleman working there barely sprayed the car before I was put through about 2 feet after the car in front of me. There was no "wash cycle" with soap just a quick once over with the brushes. Maybe that is all you get for the express but that would be a first time ever experience at a car wash for me. Soap is a necessity in my opinion. At my next stop I got out of the car to see if it was clean. The back hatch was still coated in salt and the back windshield was not clean. Will I go back there ? No. Would I recommend it to anyone? I would recommend that they avoid it. read more

We went to Marlboro location yesterday for a $14 car wash. The man working was very nice. He's great with customers. The truck however, was filthy when we made out next stop. It was a beautiful day so, it wasn't from the road. The streaks of dirt were still along the side (passenger worse than driver). AND he sprayed the entire truck before we went in. Total rip, I will never return to a scrub a dub auto wash. I would go to a self wash though. read more

I had a "The Works" wash here. It was completely automated and very quick. The wash include an complete (with uncarriage) wash, wax, dry and buff cycle. Took maybe 5 minutes. Wash and wax was thorough and left no streaks. But I paid through a groupon which covered 3 washes for $18. Thus, was an incredible value. If I didn't have any coupon or discount, I'd probably hesitate at first coming here but would eventually give in if I really needed a wash. Very convenient. read more

I paid $14 for a car wash the other day, and the entire rear of my BMW wagon was still dirty, coated in road dirt and salt. What a rip.

Total rip off. Used self service bay and credit card was the only option. $10 to was a car yourself is ridiculous. I will never return, lesson learned. read more

This car wash has a very spacious lot for cleaning the interior of your car and the vacuums are never too packed. The staff is also very courteous read more

Machine broke as it was my turn to go through. Waited 20 min as they tried to fix and get manager. They refunded my money but didn't care that they wasted my time. Manager was reluctant to even talk with me. Willl look for a car wash company that cares. read more

I could not be more satisfied with my experience at SrubaDub in Marlboro, MA! I took my car there because there was a substance on it that wouldn't come off. I was afraid my paint had been stained. Josh and Adam assured me they would take care of it. With their superb product knowledge, they were able to not only remove the substance, but make my car look better than it ever has before! I'm so thankful! Best overall customer service experience of my life. It's easy to see that ScrubaDub of Marlboro employs true professionals. I won't go anywhere else to get my car washed! On Wednesday early evening I pulled into the Automated version of the car wash. When I pulled up to the entrance, i saw the brushes moving, but no attendant was there. Thinking possibly the attendant might be out back and usually depending on where you go, there's a "honk for service" sign. After a minute or two I honked my horn. Nothing. Then I honked a few more times thinking that with the sound of the brushes and machinery, the attendant might out back fixing something on the downtime. All of a sudden, I hear yelling. The attendant is walking back from the drive through part of the entrnace. He's actually yelling at me, a customer, "Didn't you see my emptying the trash over there??!!" I honestly did not see him. And I could tell he had an attitude, thinking just another "a-hole customer." I said, "Hey Man, I'm sorry, I didn't see you, I thought you might have been out back." By his demeanor, I could tell he didn't buy it. He really was seething. So he brings me the menu, which is confusing by the way because with every price, there's the choices to go with it, which can infer there's an upcharge. So after making my selection, he's says,"you know, a little patience goes a long way." Well, here's the way I see it. No matter what, you NEVER YELL AT A PAYING CUSTOMER. I was actually in shock at the balls of this guy thinking he could yell at a customer. So he's emptying trash? I didn't see him. And even if I did, you don't call out a customer on anything for wanting service. I hope the owner reads this because this guy (attendant) clearly didn't care that he was yelling at a customer. And this guy should not be in a position of customer facing. He's a hot head. I've been around, can spot one a mile away. If the guy was at his post, there wouldn't have been a problem. I pulled up and there was no one there. And it was a few minutes, not a nano-second. You're running a service oriented business. You step away, you make sure there's a way of letting customers know what's going on. A simple "Be right back sign" would have done the job. I like the job they did on my car, but i did not like this guy's attitude. And I'm sure this wasn't the first time this guy's gone off on a customer. He just lucky I was more mature enough to see he must have been having a bad day, but no excuses for yelling at a customer. read more

Hi my name is Maria and when I visited the Marlboro location I noticed new vacuum hoses that really looked good. The managers were out in the lot remodeling and did a great job! The cashier was nice and efficient, my car came out looking new, which is what I needed to sell it. All in all I have to say Marlboro is the best carwash ever and I love the unlimited plan, it's very convenient and reasonable.
