Well, I've yet to find a better stocked supply of genuine military-quality goods. They will pretty much have what you need, so long as you are willing to spend the time to look. Along with all of the expected inventory, Dave has some "bargain-bin items where he sells overstock items at truly incredible prices. Visit this store when you have the extra time to dig, and thoroughly look around. The owner prices items entirely on what he has to pay for his inventory. What that means is that sometimes "well worn" items may be mixed in a bin with brand new items that are actually priced lower. It's up to the buyer to do their due diligence in inspecting your purchase - which is why it's SURPLUS. Action also stocks and sells a lot of brand new clothing and gear that can be a bit pricey compared to buying the same items on-line. But if it's something you really need, then spending a few extra dollars for the privilege to inspect and try on your purchase, then it's well worth it. Many customers are there to buy for cosplay or paintball combat. My focus (and viewpoint for this review) is to purchase mil-spec quality tools and gear because it lasts many times longer than cheap Chinese crap that is sold everywhere else.

The old manager had this location looking good, fully stocked and her team was on point and very professional. They lost the true face of 5.11 on that one. I recently went to this 5.11 location on Friday March 28th with my family to see if things changed and I was reminded for the final time why I will NEVER return again. The guy in the front said something when we walked in and never said another peep or offered to assist with anything at all the whole time we were there. That's not even what bothered me. What made me absolutely livid was when the female worker blew my father off mid-sentence when he was asking her a question about their sale and said "It just depends" with a snarky attitude and TURNED HER BACK ON HIM AND WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. I almost lit her up. I'm done with 5.11 once and for all and I know deep down many others are as well. Shame on this company for allowing such people to work there and for allowing such an environment.
