I had a horrible experience with Shirley while making an online return. Very horrible horrible experience and I would appreciate if someone contacted me in regards to this incident. She questioned me so much about a specific item implementing that I had worn and washed the item when all tags were still in tact. Asking why the item wasn't "crisp" and I explained to her my item didn't come "crisp". Then she kept saying it smelled like detergent several times. I even pulled proof of my online order along with my return receipts. And kept accusing me of washing the item. I've been shopping here for 7 years and not once have I had an issue. My husband is in physical therapy school right now and he needed some scrubs for his latest clinical rotation at an acute care hospital. We had previously purchased scrubs here from when he first started in school and needed a pair for labs, and we decided to head back. They have quite a large selection of scrubs and it's pretty easily organized to understand. Apparently, jogger scrubs are suuuuper in right now (I mean, they had them everywhere here hahah so that is my assumption). We were able to find him two more sets of scrubs for a decent price and had a couple staff members ask us if we needed any help. Right now the fitting rooms are open, at least they were when we went a few weeks ago, so that's nice. Especially if you aren't sure on your size, you're able to try them on to make sure they fit. We got him a set of black and grey scrubs for the hospital and I think we paid close to $200? It's pretty crazy how expensive these things can get but I guess once you have them you probably don't need to get them again, so I get it. I believe they have a rewards program, too, but we didn't sign up as I don't know if we will be getting any more scrubs from here again. Not because it was bad, but because he doesn't want to work in a hospital setting anyway. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for new scrubs. I appreciate how I was greeted right away, upon walking thru the door! Everyone at the register welcomed me in and asked if they can help me find something today. It was cute! I came in with my own bottom scrubs and all I needed were tops to match. The pricing is definitely much more expensive here compared to All Uniform Wear in Green Valley. I feel that the scrubs at this location are at least $5-$7 more than the ones I saw at All Uniform Wear. As a student, every dollar counts so it was hard for me to decide - do I buy here or travel across town and use gas to get there? Tough decisions, right? Lol. I first hit up the clearance rack which offered good discounts: 20% here, 30%, 50% and even 70% there! Unfortunately the colors were rando and the sizes were huge. No luck there. The selection is pretty limited; they offer greys anatomy, scrubs beyond, sketchers, Cherokee, and Landau. I Went in there today and I was the only person. No hello, no help. I literally had to go to the ladies working there and ask for help and help me find a size. Went in the dressing room and thought I'd buy something but literally not a peep out of them. They were casually talking amongst themselves but then I thought, why should I buy anything? I waited by the door and no response from them. So I left. No goodbye, thanks for stopping by, nothing. I hope this store can financially make it with uncaring staff like that. Man. If it wasn't for Penny, I don't think I would have had an easier time when looking and purchasing the scrubs I needed for work. I have never bought scrubs before and had to come back to exchange everything I had bought the night before. Without Penny I probably would have ended up looking and exchanging for the wrong sizes all over again. She was very patient with me and helped me find everything as well as bring me different sizes to keep trying (which I know was probably a hassle) but she made me feel welcomed and not like as if I was a bother to her. My scrubs are good the service was horrible. I got notifications that my scrubs had shipped then notified that one of my tops had not. The following day that the scrub that hadn't shipped was shipping. Upon trying to track it there was no tracking number so I tried again a day later. Still nothing. I reached out to customer service and they sent me the same tracking number a day later they sent me a new email with a new tracking number. I just reached out to customer service via phone and almost 2 weeks later they informed me that my scrub top will be arriving in 3 days. read more

Just said "if you want i can send it for embroidery." WHAT THE HECK OF COURSE YOU SHOULD SEND IT CAUSE I PAID FOR IT. I wish i recorded it cause you really didn't apologize. I have been here twice in 2 days! I arrived not wanting to spend 2k on scrubs for my new veterinary clinic! Being the nice person I am I offered to buy 1 set of scrubs and undershirts for my practice employees! I went in apprehensive because I have been looking online for so long! But this older sweet lady came out of no where and did nothing but help me! She snuck up like a ninja and never left my side u til "we" made the right selections for my practice! I hate shopping for scrubs. They are my least favorite thing to shop for. I'd much rather be spending my money on purses or nice shoes or regular clothing. But alas, I wouldn't be able to afford any of those things if I didn't buy scrubs for work and bring home the bacon. So since we've established that I don't have a choice in the matter, if I have to buy scrubs this isn't a bad place to go for them. The service is excellent for a scrub shop. The store is very well organized and there's a nice selection of brands. Sometimes finding your size in a certain color is difficult but in most cases they can order what you're looking for and you can pick it up in store later on. Make sure you tell them which hospital you work in because, chances are, you'll get some sort of a discount. This is the place my department uses for our scrub credits (we get a $50 credit here to buy our assigned colors. Anyone that knows scrubs knows that doesn't go very far. So the extra 10% off helps.) I think I'll be back here more often, especially since I'm pretty sure life uniform in Whitney Ranch is closed... read more

This is a nice little medical supply/scrub store next to Target, Ulta, Nike Factory Store. They have a wide range of selections. Some brands are more heavily stocked than others. They have 2 fitting rooms available for you to try on the different clothes. I am a bit bummed that they do not do alterations in house. They offer 10% discount for students if you have your ID. Do not forget your school ID! Total for a set of grey's anatomy scrubs + lab coat set me back a little more than $100 (with discount). I would say that it is a bit on the pricey side. read more

DON'T BUY SHOES HERE! The scrubs are nice, but I would not buy a pair of nursing shoes from here. Their return policy sucks. You cannot return shoes if they have been worn. I bought a pair of nursing shoes that were $100, and I was told that they are said to be very comfortable- as much as Birkenstocks are, and they don't require a breaking-in period. After wearing these shoes for 12 hours my lower back was extremely sore, and so were my legs and feet. I was pretty upset because these were $100 shoes and they are not comfortable for any long period of time. I just called the store and asked about returning them- well of couse I cannot because they have been worn. And I was just found out that I should have been told to break them in, and only wear them for about 4 hours a day until they are comfortable because the shoes re-align your hips and back. Okay, so I will try that and hope and pray they get comfortable because I would hate to have wasted $100 on a pair of shoes that I cannot wear. I give 3 stars because their return policy sucks. Of course it says "satisfaction guarenteed". How is anyone supposed to know if a pair of shoes are comfortable unless they have worn them- longer then when you just try them on? If you aren't shopping for shoes- then yeah, this is a nice place. If you want to buy a pair of shoes- like Danskos or Allegria and you have never worn them before- DON'T BUY THEM HERE. Dillards sells Danskos and you can return them if they aren't comfortable and they can be worn. Allegiras can be purchased from their website for the same price and their return policy is better. I regret being eager to buy these shoes. I should have bought them from the Allegria website. read more

Even though I am only allowed to wear black and white scrubs, I saw lots of different designs and plenty of different colors to choose from. What I really like to is that they have pants for the shorter people, like myself. Prices range from $20 - $40 on the scrubs tops or pants, I'd say that's pretty pricey. read more

This store always has a good selection of scrubs. Most of the time they will always have your size, if not they will order it for you. I do know if you work for Sunrise hospital they will give you a discount. The staff is nice, not overly friend and doesn't normally bother you or as if you need help. They pretty much just stand behind the cashier desk, which I fine with me, as long as they help me when I ask for help. The store is very clean and the scrubs are always in there designated area and color coordinated. They have two dressing rooms and both are a good size so you don't feel cramped. read more

Every time I've been here, the staff has been extremely helpful and always willing to help me with sizing and explaining different brands & materials. They have a pretty sizable selection; however, I find they are always limited on sizes. I'm a petite S or M, and I have a difficult time finding my size in the scrubs I like. Usually, the sizes they have on the racks are the only sizes available. The staff is always willing to order the correct size for me, but I'm an instant gratification kind of gal. Also, they are a bit pricey. I've found the exact same scrubs online for more competitive pricing, but like I said, I don't like waiting so I'd just rather pay a bit more for the item right away then wait for online shopping. :p I also like that they offer a discount depending on the hospital you work for or if you're a student. This was my first time shopping for scrubs as a pre-nursing student, and the lady working at the store made this exciting experience a terrible one. I tried on scrubs that were all too big for me as I'm short and petite, when I came out to give them back to the retail worker (dark hair, glasses) she asked if I tried petites on and I said yes and then she asked if I wanted to try some more brands, I then explained that I just needed them for a bio lab and I could wait. As soon as she realized we weren't buying anything her attitude completely shifted. She became completely mute and as my mom and I thanked her a few times and started to walk away, she said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not a "you're welcome" or "good luck" or anything of the sort, just completely ignored our story and kind thank you's as if we were never talking to her at all. It was completely bizarre! I haven't had a problem until I brought back UNWORN greys anatomy scrub and a women who I presume to be the manager told me she couldn't refund my money because they were worn.. it isn't my problem that when I bought these that they looked worn. The only reason why I went here was because I got a 30% coupon at school during the Nursing Appreciation Week. I usually go to the scrub store near Russell Road. This is was my second HORRIBLE visit. This blonde girl(chubby or preggers) that works there has a very bad attitude. I was hesitant to walk in but it was the last day to make the purchase using the coupon. This store is in a good location, in the Target shopping center. They have a variety of scrubs but they are lacking in the popular brands of scrubs. Most of mine had to be ordered. The staff seemed courteous in the beginning but after a while they seemed annoyed with my questions. The girl placing my order on the computer moved slow and stopped to huff and puff every so often making it take even longer. I'm starting my first job in the medical field soon so I went to buy a supply of scrubs. I had a list of colors allowed but my employer allows any brand or style. I was so overwhelmed buy all the choices! The girls were helpful and luckily it wasn't busy so they helped me with sizes and stuff. I'm only allowed white pants but they only had two styles of white pants in the store which was a bummer. I ended up buying three pants and four tops and the total came to 199.97! I almost died! I asked if I could use the $5 off coupon that had been emailed to me and she said it was for online only. Weird. The service was good but it was a little pricey. I don't think they are that much more expensive than other places but I'm leaning that scrubs aren't cheap like I thought. Got a set of scrubs for mothers day as a gift from a friend who didnt give me the receipt. The scrubs didnt fit so I brought them back to scrubs and beyond where he said he purchased them from. The store manager Kim, was rude and not helpful. Stated that because they just had a sale, and he didnt purchase them under a loyalty card member number and I didnt have a receipt, she wouldn't take the scrubs back for a store credit, although they carry the same brands of scrubs!
