They have the largest selection of men's scrubs I've seen in most stores. Well, their selection in general is huge. It's almost overwhelming how large their inventory is. It's very reasonably priced and they even have clearance racks! My husband has a hard time finding scrubs he likes and he always has great luck here. He bought a couple pairs of scrubs pants here that had a structural defect on them and they exchanged it with no hassle whatsoever. They also give out like, coupons you can use after a certain date. They weren't pushy about any products, but were very knowledgeable about everything I asked about in stock! Wide variety of brands for both men and women. They also got a section in the back for their clearance items that ranged around $15-25. I got my fave, Grey's Anatomy Scrubs and I was really excited about my purchase. The staff were really friendly and helpful so service was a plus. Downfall, I looked online to compare the price differences and the Grey's Anatomy scrubs that I got where on sale for at the most, $10 cheaper per item! That was my fault though, I should've looked online prior to hitting up the store. I kept the receipt just in case (like every other store I buy clothing from), read their return policy and they don't do refunds, but store credit (-1 star rating). I was able to get 5 tops and 4 bottoms ($219 + free shipping) which equaled around the same amount that I bought in the store (3 tops 2 bottoms= $214). Yessss, do your research first people. Overall tho, this place was neat and organized with friendly staff. They carry some medical supplies as well, I actually bought a cute pair of toki doki surgical scissors (super cute!) and a pen light from the result of my store credit. Huge selection of scrubs and colors with excellent customer service. The store is very nice inside with plenty of comfortable changing rooms with mirrors. My work has us get our scrubs through here which is super convenient as they handle billing directly and do embroidery. The customer service person showed me which scrubs he preferred and overall was quite helpful. I got two sets from Sketchers and two sets of Dickies Dynamix both of which I love! They didn't have the exact color and size of pants I wanted so they ordered me a pair which was quite helpful. They called me (note that their number pops as No Caller ID) when my new scrubs were ready which did not take long at all. Pickup was a breeze and my order was just right. I came in today to look for a all set Black Uniform with a Lab Coat. This location is Great with there Great Different color of scrubs with all different styles and sizes. I myself is a extra small. And there selections for my size were available. I had choices to chose from. Prices are Great and staff are Great. The Person that helped me was helpful when I was ready to pay to my sets of uniform. She gave me coupons which will help for my next purchase. Now that's a deal and a incentive for me to come back. Your typical scrub shop. It's always neat and clean and easy to find what you're looking for. The girls who work here are tremendously friendly and helpful, so that's a plus. They always give you a $5 coupon upon checkout for your next visit. They have a wide selection of brands to choose from for both men and women. The downside is that this place is a little more on the pricier side compared to other shops in Vegas that sell quality scrubs. Also, it is very hard to find XS Petite sizes in scrub pants (for us little girls) at this store. I do like the location, though, because it is a 5 minute drive away from where I live. I would much rather prefer to go to a different place for scrubs, but it definitely doesn't hurt to come here and check out what they've got in stock. read more

It was my first time at this place.. my first impression was their selection. There. Were. So. Many. Brands! They have so many brands of scrubs to choose from! And so many colors too!! Everything is organized, the store looks neat and pleasing to the eyes. The only down side I think was the fitting rooms.. there were only two. I felt like I was rushing to try on all the royal blue scrubs in the store being conscious of the next person needing to try on their scrubs, thank goodness there weren't any other customers wanting to use the fitting room I was in. Plus another thing I noticed was the staff was so nice. They greet you right when you step in. They were knowledgeable. The employee explained to me all the options I have in choosing the right blue I needed for work. Also if you or your spouse is/was in the military, you get a 10% discount when purchasing here. There have been many a day where I have driven past this shopping center but I have never stopped in, until a few weeks ago. I was looking for a lab coat and I never thought I would have so many choices. They had lab coats of varying lengths, some with extra pockets, and even some designed to look more like an everyday outerwear coat. I ended up with the Grey's Anatomy brand because it was cut nicely and wasn't big and boxy. To top it off, they have a 10% student discount. As a broke grad student, I can appreciate that. This store is well-stocked for anything you could possibly need related to the medical industry. They have scrubs of all brands and sizes, medical equipment (stethoscopes, scissors, hemostats, lanyards, etc), and shoes aimed at people who are on their feet all day. It seemed like their prices were a little more expensive than other scrub retailers, but I think that's because they are a family owned business. But Scrubtastic makes up for it in service. Each time I've stopped in, I've experienced great customer service. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about their items. Quick tip: they have awesome sales. Last time I was there, they had several racks where you could get various scrub tops/bottoms for as little as $5. Sizes and styles are limited though. read more

Very unhappy with this place. I ordered some insoles for my allegria shoes two weeks ago. I called last week to see if they were in but the person didn't bother to want my information and I was told that the product was not in. I waited another week to see if somehow they would call but had to go in and ask for my order. They sure did collect my money but the order was never placed. I love wearing scrubs! I am fortunate enough to work in a place where they allow such a thing (and no ... I don't work in the health field)! Having said that I was so thrilled to stumble upon this little shop the other day .... The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of scrubs ... some on the pricey side but if you look around or ask one of the staff members you will find the sale items and those scrubs that won't gouge the pocket book. I think the best part of my experience here was the card I got in the mail the next day. I normally don't sign up for the email blasts or snail mail lists ... but I am glad I did here. Best. Scrub shop. In. Vegas. I've been to at least 5 of the other shops in Vegas (including a very large warehouse that everyone recommends, cough cough) and Scrubtastic surpasses them in all areas. The best part of the shop is the organization. The scrubs all have their regular tags, but they've attached bright, large tags with the size that makes finding things really easy. The size clips on the hangers are also color coded (and are correctly attached!). They have a huge selection and the lowest prices on scrubs that I've seen. This shop is truly a scrub paradise. The store is huge with so much variety in apparel, shoes, and supplies. It's massive compared to Scrubs & Beyond, which I go to on this side of town because it's close and offers a spanking good discount for employees at my hospital. The service at SCRUBtastic is FANtastic. I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had a scrub brand in stock. Not only did the woman go look for it in the colors/size I need, but she had them waiting for me at the register to try on when I arrived. So if this store is so great, why the three stars? Good question; thanks for asking. When there are scrub shops nearby that offer pretty significant discounts to employees of the big health systems in the valley, you can't justify shopping here. I work at 2 well known hospitals and Scrubtastic doesn't offer even a small discount for employees of either of them. Since I have a strict dress code as far as color at my new job, I did purchase one shirt here simply because they had the unpopular color in stock and I needed something to start out the week with. If they had offered even a 5% incentive discount, or anything to offset the 20% I would save by going to the competitor, I could have considered getting my other 4 scrub sets here. But because I know how difficult scrub shopping can be, I highly recommend checking here if you're looking for a particular brand, color, or material. They have so many options and because comfort and functionality are so key in this profession, it's nice to have a variety to choose from. read more

Ordered a monogrammed lab coat and it came back to me incorrectly. They used a lowercase "a" in the middle of my credentials "APRN" and stated it was an uppercase letter because of its size? We all know that uppercase and lowercase "Aa" look different. It looks horrible. And then he stated it was because of the font I chose. But then every other letter was in uppercase. It just doesn't make sense. If lowercase letters are meant to look like uppercase letters, customers should be well aware of this before the monogram ever touches the lab coat. ESPECIALLY if you are monogramming your credentials. So now I'm faced with either spending more money on a new lab coat and monogram or walking around looking like an idiot. No thanks to walking around looking like an idiot. After spending hundreds of dollars at his store, he said there really wasn't anything he could do because the monogram was permanent. Needless to say, don't spend your money here. read more

As far as selection the store deserves 4 to 5 stars. Price wise I would give it 2 stars as they are rather expensive. I gave them one star because of discriminating treatment. I am a man taking a medical course and I went to get my scrubs as Scrubtastic as was referred by my school. I am the only man in my class and the other day when we were discussing the store every other woman in my class was given some type of gratuity gift by the store when they made their purchase, yet I received nothing. I spent over $180.00 and I know many fellow students spent much less. I view this nothing more than sexual discrimination and I will find a different avenue to purchase my scrubs once I start and continue my medical career. read more

I bought my first set of scrubs at this store back in February. The staff at the time were nice and awesome to talk to (a couple of them graduated from nursing school and were studying for their boards at the time). There was not a lot of choices for guys to choose from but I like scrubs from dickies even though they were pricey. My most recent visit was different. I walked in and was greeted by new employees that I haven't seen before. They asked if I needed help with anything but I said I didn't need help at this time. I was looking for ID tags for my littmann stethoscope. I found only one and wanted to see if there were others. There were two staff members working. One was with a customer and the other was organizing the scrubs. It took about 5-10 minutes for someone to come up to me and asked me if I had questions. I asked if they had anymore ID tags and she showed me only one other ID tag. Since there was only two tags I didn't buy either one and left. Had I done a review back in February I would have gave the store 5 stars. Now I'm only giving a 3 for a decrease in quality service. read more

Good store with all your medical clothing needs. They have scrubs, white coats, and lab coats in every color of the rainbow. They also have a wide variety of sizes and even famous clothing wear you see on all the cool doctor shows. The people working here are all very nice and will help you look for sizes. Was here two days ago to buy a few set of scrubs and had a chat with a girl associate. She told me that they're having a Nurses Week discount from May 6-12 so I decided to hold off. I returned today and while checking out the guy told me that if you don't have their "email" then they can't honor the Nurses week discount even if you show them your badge and RN license. I asked what email they have for me on file, and they said it was blank so I asked them how was I suppose to get an email if there's no email on the system. Still ended up buying 1 pair of scrubs. I've been to Scrubtastic a couple of times throughout the past few years. The place is clean, but not organized. The staff is pretty much useless. I only come here because it's a mile away from my house. The prices are also pretty up there. I needed some new scrubs for work and I figured I'd stop by since it's just around the corner. I found some scrubs that I liked, but didn't realize they were double the price of the other pair that I found. I thought they were the same since they were of the same brand. Anyway, I asked the employee (white male with glasses) for help finding the cheaper pant in the color I was looking for. He told me to look for it myself. I attempted to look, but the disorganized piles were just too much to sift through. I then came back to him to ask if there was a cheaper brand that he knew of that had the same color I was looking for. His lazy response was that he didn't know. He didn't even attempt to look or make suggestions. That's when I got frustrated and raised my voice. He then pointed me to the direction of the scrubs on sale in the very back of the store. I ended up finding what I needed after having to raise my voice. When I went to go pay, they didn't discount any of the scrubs that were marked $10. If I didn't say anything, I would've ended up paying $84 instead of $56. The customer service totally ruined my experience. I think next time I'll just make the drive to Scrubs & Beyond or some other place because that was so unprofessional. The staff was friendly and they have a large tv for the little ones to enjoy a little sprouts while you shop...overall a good shopping experience. Can't beat a place that give you cash back ! This place give you 5$ for each 50$ you spend and if you use scrubs you know how quickly it can add up. The customer service here is really great all the girls were super nice and helpful! They have such a wide variety of scrub brands and options tons of petite option which is awsome for me because most store usually run out of them so quickly. I just started a new job which requires scrub attire and I'm glad I found this place. It's conveniently located near home and they offer a wide selection of scrubs in different colors and sizes - all for a good price. The store itself is a little hidden and it looks small from the outside. The sales floor is a little tight to walk through but that's because of their vast selection. The handful of times that I've been here, they've been pretty busy. Regardless, the customer service is standard. I personally like that they offer a Military discount and that they offer $5 off at checkout for your next purchase. I can't recall if there is an exact total limit required to get that $5 off because I got $10 once and I spent over $100. I also spent $70 on another visit and didn't get one, it could be possible the cashier forgot because he was new. read more
