The machine sits waist high (so no bending over!!) and even has a leash attachment to keep your doggo from running away which was super helpful cause our dog HATES baths. All around great experience and especially helpful for apartment dwellers who don't want to wash their dog in their bathtub!

The person who answers the phone says, "I only speak normal English." Finally, he says, why do you call me? If you can't come, wash your dog at home; you don't need an appointment; the place is open 24/7. I don't want to support this type of business where they can't have a regular and respectful conversation with a client, no matter what language or if the person has an accent. Note to the owner: if you don't like to receive calls. Make sure google list the proper schedule for your business and the complete information on whether the clients need appointments or not.
