Well my mom saw your shop and went to check it out. You guys were great to her and she remember everything she learned about your shop and your story. She was really impressed at how you turned your life's around. She came over so excited to tell my boys about this great shake shop she found. You invited my mom to bring the boys to a skate event at the shop. Well I can't remember why but I do know that weeman was there and it was like a party. The boys had weeman sign their skateboards and stuff. We had a lot of fun. I found this old pic of weeman with my boys. My boys are 31 and 27 now. I think this is in 2004 and 4 short years later my mom passed. My mom had been to your shop many times getting boards and anything they needed and you all were very helpful she just loved you guys and Two Felons. Programme sells skateboards, clothing and vinyl so while I'm here may as well peruse right? So I packed up my records and the kiddo and off we went to Fullerton. Programme is located at the tail end of a strip mall. You're best parking in the main lot and walking there because there isn't much parking in front of the store. Programme isn't the biggest place but it's mighty and wall to wall of all the stuff I like. Their vinyl selection was excellent (and in alphabetical order) and they had lots of great band shirts. Let's just say I went home with more than signed Terror records and the kiddo was EXTREMELY happy with the shirts she chose and I paid for lol. YES, I will be returning to Programme. They host a lot of live shows in their store and occasionally book heavy hitters to play in an environment where you'll never be closer to the action. Just gotta be quick because limited capacity means fast sellouts. Highly recommended!

I found that Sticky Bumps sells the exact wax for $1.95 a bar on their website whereas Origins sells it for $4.00 in their shop. So his MSRP line is crap. Surf wax should never be more than $1.00 to $1.50 at most for specialty waxes, Bottom Line.

Bruce offered to take back my daughter's skates and replace them with a different pair to ensure she was completely comfortable and happy. I realize that because my daughter had already skated in them, he would likely take a financial loss since they could no longer be sold as new. As a business owner myself, I understand the impact of that and appreciated his willingness to stand behind his customer service. At this point, it has been about two weeks, and my daughter has adjusted to the skates and is no longer complaining about discomfort. Because of that, I decided to keep the skates rather than exchange them. While our initial experience was frustrating, I believe it's important to recognize when a business owner takes responsibility and genuinely tries to make things right. Bruce showed that he cares about his customers and his reputation by offering a solution, even if it meant taking a loss. For that reason, I am updating my review to 5 stars and appreciate his efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and earn our future business.

This has happen on about every shoe drop. I have never got any nike sb. They will claim its all sold out. Even tho theres no line or anything. You ask how many shoes did they have? 10-25?-50? They cant even tell you. Crazy. They say one per person. No way you sold out 25-50 pairs of nike SB and there wasnt a big line. They never have proof of any of these events lines or anything.
