Pads, sticks, sizing, what's required, pricing, what's optional, I was overwhelmed before I even walked in. At this point I've been here a few times and I'm quickly becoming a regular. My very first visit was with Ethan, and I hoped I'd run into him again. I was so relieved when I did. He walked my son and I through the entire store, helped size my kiddo properly, explained what everything was for, and answered all of my many mom questions without ever making me feel silly for asking. We were actually the last ones in the store right before closing, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. As a mom trying to make sure her kid has what he needs (without buying the wrong thing), that meant so much. I felt supported and accommodated during what can honestly be a stressful process. I hate seeing negative reviews. Yes, the staff is young, but they are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They take their time with you. They don't rush through fittings just to move on to the next person. So, if there's a bit of a wait, it's probably because they're giving another family the same care they gave mine, and I truly don't mind that at all. The staff here is wonderful. But Ethan is our favorite. We always hope he's there when we come in.

I asked an employee if they had any shoes for work, and she was so quick and straightforward with her job. She found a good pair of shoes for me to wear. I tried them out and I loved them. I quickly purchased them. The employer at the time loved them and even though I don't work at that place anymore. I still use those shoes when I need to put them on and pick up my brother from school on a lazy day.

I don't know if she turned the bank card around to get my number on camera to possibly scam me later or what...but then she gave me back my identifying items, let me spin the wheel which nobody ever wins and I left. When I made a right onto Brookhurst street from the parking lot, I looked to my left, and she was staring at me thru the store window.
