No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. My very first visit was with Ethan, and I hoped I'd run into him again. I was so relieved when I did. He walked my son and I through the entire store, helped size my kiddo properly, explained what everything was for, and answered all of my many mom questions without ever making me feel silly for asking. We were actually the last ones in the store right before closing, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. As a mom trying to make sure her kid has what he needs (without buying the wrong thing), that meant so much. I felt supported and accommodated during what can honestly be a stressful process. I hate seeing negative reviews. Yes, the staff is young, but they are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They take their time with you. They don't rush through fittings just to move on to the next person. So, if there's a bit of a wait, it's probably because they're giving another family the same care they gave mine, and I truly don't mind that at all. The staff here is wonderful. But Ethan is our favorite. We always hope he's there when we come in.
