Half sheet pepperoni and the other half pepperoni, sausage, and ham. with hot wings and honey bbq wings asked for it to be ready at 430. arrived around 420 understanding I was early and ok to wait a few minutes. at 438-still not terrible - was told wings were taking bit because they were trying to get them extra crispy which is what we requested. after having waited this long I grabbed the pizza and wings when handed over the counter and headed home. got home opened the box and we had a full sheet pizza of chicken wing. Not. What. We. Ordered. lesson learned. don't trust the management to double check your pizza for you. check it before you leave. funny thing is the people just in front of us who did carry out sure were surprised when they got home and had pepperoni and meats instead of chicken wing once again Pudgies did not disappoint with their medicoore service and poor management. your best bet would be to go to Walmart buy some frozen dough or a shelf stable packet, shred some cheese and choose your toppings. A familiar name in the pizza business, my husband and I decided to stop in and grab dinner on a recent Monday night. We lost power at the AirBnB that we were staying in and had to get in the car and head into town to stay warm until power was restored. Being a Monday night in winter, not much was really open, so we opted to go to Pudgies. Being from Rochester, we know the name and used to enjoy Pudgies regularly when they had a location on Titus avenue. We just grabbed a couple of slices that were already cooked. Saturday night, staying at the Inn at Glenora, 10 min. north of Watkins Glen, and after having pretty fancy meals at the Inn on Thursday and Friday nights, we wanted PIZZA...delivered! First place we call says two hours to deliver. (Things are busy because the Xmas wine trail has lots of people in town.) Pudgies says 1 hour, so we go for it. At 55 minutes, the ladies go up to the entrance. They return about 5 minutes later with our food. I was stunned, I tell you! I expected the whole thing to go south. Be warned: Do not enter. My friends and I came up here to go hiking in Watkins Glen State Park over Labor Day weekend. Many restaurants were closed, so we didn't have much of an option as we doubtfully came in here for a quick lunch. It was not quick. When the food did come, they missed my friend's pizza slice and when she went to the counter to get it, the person at the cash register handed it to her WITHOUT GLOVES. No one was feeling the food... until my friend started feeling nauseous a few hours later and threw up. We thought that was the end of it, until a couple of days after the trip, she got food poisoning and went to the hospital. Ordered delivery pizza and wings per the suggestion of the bartender at the Glen Motor Inn when we found out that the restaurant at the Inn was closed for the night. The bartender said that they deliver all the time since it's right down the street (8 minutes away) and they even had menus at the front desk that he could grab for us. There were so many seemingly good pizza options and I was dying to get a taste of the local pizza. We ordered the "National Award Winner" chicken wing pizza and a large order of garlic parmesan/hot wings. The total for the two items with delivery and tip was close to $40 but honestly you couldn't pay me to want to go through the ordering process again much less eat this stuff. When we called to place our order, the boy on the phone insisted that I give him the address and phone number of the Inn, which the bartender was more than happy to give to me to provide. He was shocked because he said that Watkins Glen is pretty small and that Pudgie's should have known where it was. The estimated wait time was 30-45 minutes, so after 50 minutes, I called to check. The same boy said that the driver was on the way and that he should "literally be there any minute." I didn't want to keep the driver waiting or our group hungry, so I hurried upstairs to retrieve our order. Well....there was no driver for another 35 minutes, but I sat in the lobby waiting anyway just in case that "any moment" was the next minute. The chicken wing pizza is a disturbingly strong buffalo sauce that will burn your throat and nose to smell. Quite possibly the greasiest pizza I have ever seen and a doughy crust that isn't worth eating except that it helps to temper the buffalo sauce if you alternate bites of pizza and crust. The boyfriend was hangry and pissed that they counted a shriveled wing tip as a wing. Seriously for $40 and over 2 hour wait, I am shocked that this is the sh*t quality we received and that this place is even still in business. read more

I ordered a large Italian sub and got all the way home to find out it was made wrong. Thanks for the overpriced wrong sub for $14.25 I appreciate that. I ordered a piece of Stromboli along with it and when I opened the box before I left the store it was a small end cut with hardly any filling and all dough. I asked for a different piece and was told that was all they had left. I left that sitting on their counter untouched it was so bad. Chicken fingers... ha they were in a white paper bag leaking oil everywhere. I would ask for a container but there will be no next time. It was a $34 joke. Pudgie's is the name that we are very familiar with in Southeast Pennsylvania. they are famous for their huge and very stuffed cheesesteaks with very fresh Italian rolls. This place is not even a distant cousin. The only thing going for it is a very clean bathroom. That's why we gave it a one star instead of no stars. We must say that the pizza looked good although we did not try it. We should've been concerned when we came at dinner time and no one was there. The steak was sparse and very dry. The roll was crispy and we think they put it in the oven after they made the sandwich.They charged $9.99 which is a disgrace. read more

A couple tables had people at them we were told they weren't sitting in the dining room anymore. Despite the soft crust, the chicken bacon ranch had little to no flavor. I wasn't able to determine whether the sauce was Alfredo or ranch as it wasn't flavorful. The wife ordered the breadsticks and was told they would have some freshly cooked ones in six minutes but she told them she would take the ones that were already prepared. Well guess what?
