The server offered dessert, cheesecake or peanut butter pie. The owner of this restaurant, btw, owns a bakery. We opted for one of each. My husband got the cheesecake and there was a dried up chunk of something that fell off another dessert!? Nope...his cheesecake was dried out...literally to the point that I could lift it up by the sides and set it back down without my fingers having anything on them--still dry. So I tried my peanut butter pie. Also so dry that I could lift it by the cut sides and thump it on the plate and it didn't even fall apart!!! Shame. On. Them!! The server explained that they were probably in the fridge for "a day or two"...I think possibly more?? They were taken right off the bill, but when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they don't have one. Please note...for the most part this is a local restaurant we like and frequent. I told the gentleman I could wait but he went back and put a rush on the wings. Within 10 minutes I had the wings, and an apology for how long it took.
