I really love this area and all the businesses popping up. We have been to this area before. It's a few doors down from D'Lites Ice Cream Shop. Thai Spice and Sushi is also next door to give you an idea. We instantly fell in love with Via La Casa. It's so stunning and fresh smelling inside. They have coffees and wines, tea, desserts, pastries, and Brazilian snacks. We had a mango tea lemonade and a Ghirardelli caramel latte with a hazelnut crunch pie. They have comfy couches here so you can enjoy your company and they also have tables with cute little games on the table. Service is to die for - super friendly with a smile and welcoming!! . They are helpful beyond words and everything made for a wonderful memorable experience. I can't wait to come back here. It's not close to me, but it's a spot I would def come back to. The salesman, David Moffatt, said not to worry; we can hold the items and deliver them for free when you are ready to receive them. The delivery was white glove, and the men were wonderful. I later had some trouble with the bar stools, so I spoke to Mr Moffatt, who talked with Bob in the warehouse about going to my home to fix the stools, which Bob did. It was an easy fix with me as a happy customer. I can't say enough about this wonderful store that gives great personal customer service. There is so much good stuff packed into this small little shop; it was a really fun browsing and each pass I saw something I hadn't seen the last time around. Monica was amazing at asking questions about my style and helping direct me to a section that might fit my style the best (and it did!). As more of a minimalist, I wasn't sure if I would find anything, but I did! I found a beautiful wooden tray, a faux orchid, decorative draping succulents, and a beautiful light pink satin top. The staff were always staying near by to help me grab something I liked that was up high or grab something from the back for me, and answer any questions so I didn't have to walk all the way to the front of the store to ask for help. They would offer to hold things for me if I ever found something I was considering so I didn't have to hold it while browsing (very helpful since my tray and orchid were both a handful). It helped me keep my hands free to continue looking. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who isn't sure what to buy someone as a gift, or if you know someone who is incredibly picky like myself, a gift card to this shop is definitely a great choice! I had such a great time browsing for something I loved.
