It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working. The cup still had product running down the side and was not cleaned off. Where do I start? The lack of active listening and critical thinking? The absence of superior customer service? The lack of respect and gratitude for my patronage as a customer? Or, the scantily dressed young girls who think it's okay to show shoulders, undergarments, belly buttons, and dress like slobs? Is this the "culture" Black Rock Coffee Bar fosters and cultivates? I am deeply disappointed in this experience. I know others may say, "It's just coffee." It is so much more than coffee.
