I decided to meet a friend for coffee to celebrate my birthday. She let the staff know it was my day today and the staff did not disappoint. Everyone is greeted with a warm welcome, the coffee and lattes list has something for everyone's liking and they also have sweet treats. I asked what was a good choice and Carlos asked me which type of coffees I liked. I settled on a cinnamon cookie latte and OMG! So good. Carlos even bought out my cinnamon roll with a candle in it. This place goes above and beyond any coffee place I've ever visited. The inside has seating but small, however, there's seating on the outside so there's always a place to sit. I love to support local and found out it's family owned as well as being organic. For my first time visiting and getting my birthday coffee, this place exceeded all my expectations! I love nothing more than supporting small businesses. We first discovered DeGino when they were operating out of a food truck and now I visit them at their cute little shop in Verrado! This coffee shop has good coffee but what really made us fall in love and keep coming back was their customer service. All of the staff has such positive attitudes and really make you feel welcome there. I love the nice little touch of them writing scripture or positive affirmations/quotes on the cups! Swung by after Pilates for a treat. I tried their flavor of the week midnight bloom with almond milk. The barista was super friendly and we got to chatting about the Bruno mars concert. A cute, family-owned business that's a great addition to the community. I was welcomed with smiling faces who are helpful, excited and eager for feedback! They take pride in their work and are happy to suggest and make accommodations as needed. My husband and I stopped in on a bike ride a while back and I will say if we lived a bit closer this would likely be my go-to stop for a weekend morning or a peaceful spot to do bible study with a friend! I love that they write little uplifting messages on each of their drink lids. I thought this was a nice personal touch, and you really never know who needs that little push of encouragement! The coffee is delicious and the service is top notch! A great local spot in Verrado with the kindest staff. Ordered an iced caramel oat shaken espresso and would definitely get it again. When we ordered our coffee, we were greeted with a smile and told about the history of how the coffee shop started. I got the Classic avocado toast and it was really good! We got coffee and a matcha, we each loved our drinks. My iced caramel macchiato was not too sweet with all the caramel drizzle and tasty. We sat outside, it was fairly busy when we got there but was able to take pictures of inside when crowd died down after about 1.5hrs. Great local place in Verrado, looks like they just opened up shop after previously selling out of a coffee/food truck. Came here after breakfast at the Haymaker and we ordered the iced Bunuelo Latte and Mocha per the barista's recommendations. Coffee was good quality, no complaints really. My only comment is that this place was PACKED and pretty loud, which is great for them, but there was no place to sit or really even stand. Lots of strollers in the way and small children running around, but that's Verrado. The owner and employees were all very nice. read more

Chatted with the owner and he super cool and friendly. I got the Meximocha. Cinnamon and dark chocolate. My girlfriend got a Buckeye Sunset. A mix of fruit juices and energy drink. He was even nice enough to customize it because she didn't want the mango. I don't often leave reviews but the barista Deseree was so sweet! I got the vanilla cold brew and a pumpkin spice muffin (in August? Yes please!!). They were both great!! The coffee was smooth, not bitter at all. Some local shops only offer small coffees but they offer large which is also a bonus. The shop was cute and service was fast even though they were busy when I got there and there was only one employee! I will be making this place a regular stop! I watched Deseree walk coffee out to the car of a woman who ordered but was using crutches. That level of kindness (and good coffee) is what will keep me coming back!!! read more
