I came here with a friend and just got margaritas and a chicken taco for a quick bite. Nice atmosphere, clean , great service and great margaritas! We had 2 each and they were fantastic! Tacos are most, soft or crunchy and chips met our needs and got to enjoy our drinks in peace and quiet!! Good food, service , cocktails so will be back with the family for a meal!! We were seated quickly and the ambiance is very nice. They don't seem to plaster outdated decor all over the establishment or things that don't match. Our server was wonderful. My complaints are the food. Cons: The Texas Molcajete was very bland. They dumped sauce at the bottom of the mortar and none on the meat. The steak was thin and flavorless. The chicken was somewhat seasoned. Overall I wouldn't get that dish again. My wife and I ate here last week. The food was good and the service was great,but, they clean the tables with purple Fabuloso instead of bleach solution. I had to get up and leave when they started spraying it on the table adjacent to ours, that stuff chokes me. I had to leave my wife inside to pay the bill. Updating my review based on my most recent experience. Stopped by last Friday (3 days ago) for dinner and had a great time! We hardly come in for dinner on a busy night but we couldn't help ourselves that Friday and it was packed. Being super busy we still didn't have to wait long for a table. The staff and especially our waitress and was amazinggggg! I wish I remembered her name =(( She was an older lady maybe in her 40-50s and was taking care of the tables close to the bar. She was attentive and so so kind. Even with our kids she made sure they had what they needed and would ask them if they needed refills. I thought that was amazing because she SAW THEM and treated them as individuals. Bet she's a wonderful mom. All our foods came out great as per usual. Our dessert was forgotten but was brought after the realization and our waitress was so apologetic she didn't even charge us for them. First time ever being at this restaurant. It was my son's birthday. He turned 29 so we wanted to try a new restaurant. But I do not recommend this restaurant ever ever again. From the time we ordered our food they told me that they did not have a speedy. That's the number one thing that I ordered all the time when I go to Mexican. The waitress had to go ask them if they could make me what I wanted to eat. Then my nephew, his order was wrong and they brought him out just cheese nachos without the beef and we ordered beef nachos. And then the other lady that was with us she ordered and she only had one piece of shrimp on her plate. So when we complain, her husband complaining, they brought her out three more shrimp. But that's after her food never came out with the other food. So she was eating off her husband's plate because her food never came until we had to tell the waiter again. Where is her plate at? Then we waited several minutes an hours seems like for the check and the to go boxes. The waiters never came over there to ask if we needed to go boxes never gave us to go drinks. And then when we got our tickets, they were split up into three different tickets And they were only supposed to be two tickets and they automatically put the tip on there for you and that's against the law that's still in and taking your hard work money. I was I was gonna give tip but it was gonna be cash and they would not allow that. And they said the manager said that once you have a party over eight that it's mandatory to put already on the bill. I have never heard that in my whole entire life. Plus the manager said it was on the menu too. That that's a lie because we looked on the menu and it was not on the menu so again that's called stealing. I ordered a to go plate for my loved ones. It was a taco Salad. I brought it home. It was very very soupy. And by the time we got down to the third or fourth bite there was a piece of plastic that was in our food. I took pictures of it and again I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very unsatisfied unsatisfactory to be a business. Don't eat here if you are hungry. You will not go home full. Waiting a long time for our checks to leave and don't feel like the waitress did her job at all. She never checked in our us, took over 20 minutes to get to go boxes, she got the checks wrong after taking them back, and then the manager told me I was the crazy one. He tried to say "We took care of yall." No yall offered a the lowest quality of service and over charged for it. My food was brought out over 5 minutes after everyone else, and only had one piece of shrimp on the plate. I wanted to pay for my food and what I felt the waitress deserved and he said no. I was called a racist by a server when asking to speak to the manager there. they asked me the name and I said I didn't know but that she spoke good English. We came here during a visit to see my kids on July 4th weekend. We visited on a Thursday for a late lunch. This was perfect timing for social distancing. We were the only people in the restaurant, we visited after 2. The prices were very good, food was delicious and service was fast. Everyone also had masks. After hiking at Fort Yargo park we were looking for a Dog Friendly restaurant. Senor Tequila was listed on Bring Fido and we found a good spot on the front porch. Service was quick and all of the food was delicious. The chunky guacamole was a good starter along with the chips and really fresh salsa. I had the Chiles Rancheros with steak. I discovered that it is the same grilled skirt steak from the fajitas and it had a wonderful charbroiled flavor. Even the beans and rice were top notch. We will be back again. read more

Very cool looking building, inside and out. There is seating on the patio. The bar stools look like custom old whiskey barrels. The decor is very hispanic and bright. Very nice servers all who seemed to be helping each other. Can't remember exactly what my dish was called but it was a chorizo burrito. It was great, nice size and piping hot. My companion had a beer, good size for the price. I recommend this restaurant. read more
