Unfortunately, I strongly believe the wash damaged my brand-new 2025 Chevy Tahoe--not once, but twice. After the first incident, I noticed a vertical crease high on the passenger side. Because a basketball hoop had fallen at my home that same week, I initially thought that might have caused it. I went through the wash again without incident, which seemed to support that theory. However, after a later visit, I drove directly to the lake and discovered the same type of vertical creasing in a different area high on the passenger side. At that point, the pattern was difficult to dismiss as a coincidence. I have filed incident reports four times. After the first report, the manager called and said she had reviewed the video and that the wash was working perfectly. I have received no response to my other three reports. My Tahoe is brand-new, and I feel sick every time I look at the damage. After years as a loyal monthly customer, I am extremely disappointed by both the damage and the lack of follow-up. I strongly recommend staying away, especially if you have a larger or newer vehicle.

He led us through each step without making us feel like any minute we'd be let down. Everyone in there treated us with complete respect. Especially, the salesman, Toby P. Signing papers was also a breeze with lots of help from the young man who went out of his way to make that process quick and simple for us. Not only was the experience of getting through the money process simple, honest, and stressless, but we drove out of there with the car we actually wanted to begin with. This is an update to a not so good customer experience over the weekend…read more I called the Irving Corporate Office in Portsmouth and left a message. They emailed this store my contact info. The store manager got back to me quickly via phone and I aired my concerns about the fountain soda pricing in the store. The manager explained to me that the policy was Any Size Fountain Soda is 79 cents up to 44 oz and they do not carry 44 oz cups in store. I explain to her that I'm a frequent customer of this store and have been refilling my large soda cups (either 52 oz or 64 oz) here often and have been charged 86 cents with tax everytime. I mention that the actual correct price is 99 cents plus tax for refills 44 oz or larger which is posted on the soda fountain. The manager takes a look at the sign and says I am correct. She is going to find out from the upper level what the policy is. The cashier is question who overcharged me double, did bring this pricing issue up to the manager. I tested the pricing policy yesterday, I refilled my 64 oz soda cup at the North Andover/Haverhill, MA Irving Circle K on Route 125 and was charged 99 cents plus tax, $1.05 total, not the $1.72 total I was charged over the weekend in Hooksett. I was told, the next time I come in, the next soda refill will be no charge, rightfully so! My only concern is that when I came in on Saturday, the cashier should have used better judgment and sided with the CUSTOMER WHO IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I even pointed out the sign with the correct pricing on the soda fountain, but he didn't want to look at it. All I can say is, better training of employees is needed. I did stop by this Irving Circle K store and refilled my 64 oz soda cup and I informed the friendly cashier on duty that the manager was comping my drink from being overcharged over the weekend. I was all set! I am returning the rating back to the proper 4 stars. I thank the store manager for getting back to me quickly on this issue and also Brian from the Irving Oil Corporate Office for calling to check up on me. I was also informed that this store is operated by Circle K, which runs the convenience store and sells the Irving gasoline.

My car…read morewas brought here for repairs by State Farm, and was with this shop for nearly two months, and the level of communication and professionalism was shockingly poor from start to finish. There were no proactive updates at any point. I had to call repeatedly just to get basic information about my own vehicle. Every step dragged on far longer than it should have, and there was never a clear timeline, explanation, or sense of urgency. On top of the delays, I ended up having to coordinate communication between this shop, another shop, and my insurance company myself just to keep the repair moving. They seemed completely uninterested in managing the process or taking responsibility. I've never seen a shop put so little effort into keeping a customer informed. When the car was finally ready after almost eight weeks, I was told I needed to pay a 3% fee just to use my debit card -- as if the massive delay, lack of communication, and disrespect weren't enough of an inconvenience already. In short: Two months without my vehicle No updates unless I called Constant runaround Poor coordination with insurance and the sublet shop Unhelpful and inflexible payment process The repairs may be complete (nearly all repairs were outsourced to another shop!), but the customer experience was terrible. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values your time and money, communicates clearly, and takes their work seriously.
