If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a nice beach view and the price is reasonable then look no further. You will not be disappointed at all. If I am in the area again I would stay here again.

I booked the Hilton Cocoa Beach specifically because it is a beachfront property. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that hotel guests have to pay extra to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. At a beachfront Hilton, basic beach access and amenities should be part of the experience -- not another charge on top of an already expensive stay. This is beyond disappointing. The room itself also felt noticeably below the standard I associate with Hilton. No slippers, no iron, and towels so thin and worn that they felt more like budget-hotel towels. These may sound like minor details, but when you're paying Hilton prices, you expect Hilton quality. The staff was friendly, and I have nothing negative to say about their attitude. Unfortunately, friendly staff cannot compensate for a noticeable decline in quality, amenities, and overall service standards. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is my second disappointing experience with a Hilton-branded hotel in just three months. Two separate stays, two disappointments. Hilton used to be a brand I could book without hesitation because I knew what level of quality to expect. Sadly, that confidence is gone. The Hilton name no longer seems to carry the same standard it once did. After this stay, I think I'm done. There are simply too many other hotel brands that provide a better overall experience for the price. Loyalty has to be earned, and Hilton is quickly losing mine.

Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. This "hotel" is more like a BUG-TEL. Sure, it has beach access and a nice view, but that's bait. Do not fall for it. The so-called "upgrades" are lipstick on a pig, and once you're inside, it's all downhill. Check-in was a joke; the front desk woman was curt, dismissive, and borderline rude. No welcome, no hospitality. Then I walked into my room... and it was over. Once I got in bed, I was eaten alive by bugs all night! It was like trying to sleep in a buffet--for the bugs. I couldn't rest because every time I tried to close my eyes, I felt something biting me. My son and mom (in a separate room) were asleep, so I literally sat outside on a chair all night long, reading just to avoid being attacked. The next morning, covered in bites and running on zero sleep, I told the front desk what happened. Did I get an apology? Nope. She actually acted like I was the problem. As if I would invent a story about bugs and being awake for 36 hours just for fun. Yes, the sunrise was nice. Yes, I saw two rocket launches and some cute little crabs on the beach. But no amount of "Florida charm" can make up for a night of torture. Bottom line: this place is a bug-infested, customer service-optional nightmare. The cheap price and pretty view are a trap. Pay more. Stay anywhere else. I am a Central Floridian and I know for a fact there are better options than this dump.

We were able to get to the hotel at around noon and check in even though our room and check in time was at 4. They let us know as soon as our room was ready, which was two hours early. The elephant in the room........ I don't know how else to explain it, but underneath the citrus/coconut/beach'ish fragrance in the room was a very slight kind of sewage odor. I also smelled what seemed like a faint smell of sewage in the hallway and outside of the hotel. However, I am VERY picky about smells in my hotels to the point of annoyance with my wife. Our building was facing the beach and had two elevators without long waits. Upon check-in I was impressed that they allowed us to check in two hrs early! I had booked the room online and wrote a note requesting a top floor room with an ocean front room and balcony. I was happy they gave us room 804, on the top floor with a gorgeous ocean front room! The staff is welcoming and they have fresh free popcorn in the lobby! Breakfast is free and all of the choices for a family with kids so that everyone is satisfied. Eggs, bagels, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, yogurt and fruit. They have a separate restaurant on property for convenience that offers meals, mixed drinks and karaoke. The pool on property is sparkling clean and the perfect temperature if you need a break from the beach. They have picnic tables and lounge chairs available for a restful afternoon. Highly recommend as they are also walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier that has restaurants.

They had bi uits and grave, bacon, potatoes, eggs, cereal (4), yogurt, boiled egg, oatmeal, juice, coffee and waffles. Some fixtures, knobs, and baseboards were worn out. But the room, sheets, and bathroom is kept clean. Accessibility to the beach is king and they have ample parking spaces for guests. Overall, we had a good stay at La Quinta and would not hesitate to stay here again.
