Fresh fish tacos! Delicious. It's a market with great selection and a little taco cart. Stop here... even on a Monday!

Always fresh fish on ice. Local catch. A go-to for us. Definitely a treasure. Always happy to put crushed ice with the purchase.

In March 2024, I received an email saying that they needed to clear out their bulk storage, and I had the option of receiving all of my salmon at once, or with each regular delivery until it's all gone. I was to reply within a week or the remainder of my supply would be donated. I replied saying sure, send some of it with each regular delivery, to which they replied: "Unfortunately, the season has been closed since last year but, we can definitely send Sockeye or Coho salmon instead." Turns out even though I paid for king salmon AND they claimed that they still had it and needed to clear out storage, they actually didn't have the amount all of their members had pre-purchased in storage, due to "quality concerns" beyond a certain period. Which they NEVER gave me any heads up about until this point. So when their email went out, the first handful of people to reply got the rest of the king salmon, and they wanted me to accept a different variety instead. A couple of months and over a dozen emails later, I finally received a refund for the rest of the salmon I thought I had bought. I'm very disappointed in how this situation was handled. While I see that they now explain the terms more clearly for their bulk sales, with the prioritization of ad-hoc sales over regular subscriptions for product variety and quality, I don't see the value of this service anymore compared to buying fish from my local farmer's market.

We were able to connect to purchase our primary goal of oysters, which were yummy. Vickie was engaging, answered our questions only about the seafood available to sale but also enjoyed sharing her journey of becoming a seafood monger. We also took advantage of buying freshly caught halibut that she was readily to custom cut for the weight we wanted and added some additional unfamiliar smaller fish great for Filipino broth soup and baking. If we ever head down to Moss Beach for another outing, we'll stop by. Easy and ample parking. Make sure mindful to park in the general public area rather than reserved for only vendors.

The Harbor Master told us if the gate was open, she was in business. We walked out to her boat and I told her we'd like some swordfish. She cut us a couple of nice steaks and charged us a very reasonable price. We took them back to the RV parked next door and grilled them for dinner. They were excellent. My wife said it was the best swordfish she had ever had. We go to ML often and the Beticia will be a regular stop for fresh fish.

Everyone in our group loved their food. We had tacos, and fish and chips. Everything was excellent. I didn't realize it was so casual but it was still a great place to get good fish. However, after placing our order, we ended up waiting over an hour. An employee eventually came over and asked how long we had been waiting. When we told her it had been an hour, she apologized and explained there had been an issue with the order printer. She offered us the choice of a refund or having our food made. We decided to wait, but it still took another 15 minutes before our food was ready. What was most disappointing wasn't just the delay--it was the lack of communication. I noticed there didn't seem to be good communication between the kitchen and the staff taking orders. I wish someone had come to let us know about the issue much earlier instead of leaving us waiting without any updates. A simple update would have made a big difference. To make matters worse, the fish plate I ordered looked nothing like the photos. It was supposed to come with vegetables, rice, or salad, but I substituted the sides for fries. The portion was very small, with only a little fish and a small amount of fries, especially for a $28 plate. Considering the long wait and that the delay was caused by their mistake, I feel they could have done something to make it right, such as offering a larger portion or another gesture of goodwill. Overall, the lack of communication, the long wait, and the disappointing portion size made this a frustrating experience. Great location in Moss Landing with beautiful views, but the experience dint match the setting.

Every time I'm out of town, I find myself craving their food and looking forward to my next visit. The restaurant has a clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive. It's also located near the ocean, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is their incredible fresh rolls with peanut dipping sauce. They are the best I've ever had! Another local restaurant I enjoy only serves fresh rolls on certain days or is frequently sold out, but Lemongrass always seems to have them available, which is a huge plus. The menu offers something for everyone, including an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Some of my personal favorites are their Mango Salad with a delicious dressing, Pumpkin Curry, Yellow Curry, and Cashew Vegetable. Every meal I've ordered has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. They truly never disappoint! *They also offer delivery through Uber Eats!* Lemongrass is absolutely worth a visit. The exceptional food, friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and consistently high quality keep me coming back. I would be very disappointed if this restaurant ever closed down!

Thank you Kayla and Nina, you're both delightful! I wasn't thrilled with my meal. I ordered a (vegan) tofu noodle dish, yet it contained egg and definitely had a fishy component. The noodles congealed which made them difficult to eat. Our grandson ordered the Penang curry and enjoyed it. My husband ordered the seafood Pad Thai and had zero leftovers. We dined outside on the patio. While I miss the birds, I thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous mural.
