She was extremely helpful with my many requests. She also provided me with not only copies, but a disc. I have the upmost respect for ALL the front office staff. You're always greeted with a friendly smile. I've been coming to this facility for close to a decade, and I always feel like a family member, I love it. I noticed that Some of the staff have moved on, but with each new staff member, I'm still treated with respect and kindness. Many of us are afraid and nervous for our results, but the technicians and doctors are so supportive. I got there early but I guess when I signed it I reversed the times wrote I got there at 8:15 and my appointment was 8 instead of the other way around. When the girl called me up to the desk she was such a brat for no reason but was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I so wish I got her name so I could have called and reported her. She had her hair up and had dark hair, white lady on the chubbier side. She immediately said I was late and I was like NO. She pointed out how I signed in and proceeded to tell me I did not do my online paperwork which I by the way never ever had to do in the past and did not receive a link to any paperwork. She was hemming and hawing and was like well we are very busy so I will try my best to get you in in the most snarky way. I am like wait what? I was early so not sure what type of day she was having but apparently wanted to let everyone know she was mad at the world. In any event she made it very known to me that I would be waiting hours for her to put me in another time frame which I do not understand since I was there 15 minutes early and would have had plenty of time to fill out paperwork. I am so upset as I drove a long time to get there and took off from work and now I have to try and reschedule another day. I can only get one day off here and there and she pretty much ruined the opportunity for me to get a mammogram anytime soon. I will never come here again. I prefer the Pasadena location where at least they treat their customers with respect.

I had to get a CT Scan for the first time, and Burbank Advanced Imaging was one of the more…read moreconvenient locations. Since I'm not familiar with this kind of thing, this was supposed to be a scan 'with contrast dye' which meant I was supposed to have some sort of 'ink' injected so the reading would be more clear. Well, I went to lay down in the donut-shaped machine, and no injection was ever given, so I had no idea what was really going on. The tech quite frankly could have been friendlier or just friendly in general (South Asian male). The automated voice that directed me was more helpful than he was. The one standout was the receptionist by the name of London; she answered my questions best that she could and was all-around pleasant. When I inquired about why there was no 'contrast dye', she said my doctor forgot to send me for blood work, so therefore, no dye. Obviously, this is not something I would know about but results came back fine. Unfortunately, as health care rates can be a surprise in this country, I also was hit with an EOB of $700+. If I had to return, I would be happy to see London, but would ask if I could somehow get another tech since this one I had could use some improvement.

I asked a lot of questions and they kindly answered all of them and explained the difference between a closed MRI & open one. Also the pros and cons to their knowledge. I went for an X-ray and Brian the technician was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about imaging machines. Also after further conversation, he helped me discover that the MRI I did at a previously location was not correctly done, and it was not the full doctors order. This caused me a big headache for another reason to have to go back and deal with that horrible previous facility. Truly I wish I knew about Burbank MRI first. As soon as I was done with my new patient form, Dr. Dadsetan met with me, and made me feel incredibly calm and comfortable. The MRI was as expected, but the earbuds, and pillow made me almost fall asleep because I was so comfy! Dr. Dadsetan even showed me areas of where damage is located, made recommendations for how to continue with recovery, and I was out within an hour. I went back about a week later after injuring my foot for an x-ray, and was met with the same amazing and fast service. The best part was being able to get such a personal experience with Dr. Dadsetan, it was clear see that he is incredibly knowledgeable, and cares deeply about the comfort and happiness of his patients. The outcome and findings of dr Galina you will not find elsewhere. Her clinical findings are very essential especially when one is doing it for preventive, and more essential if it is a follow up for an existing clinical status. Thankfully it was easy to figure out where to park because of the instructions sent to me, but the parking is down a scary steep and tight curvy driveway so I had to go very slowly. Once underground I easily found parking near the elevator and went straight up to the department. As the elevators opened I was awed, from outside the building looks like a regular building, but when you come out of the elevator suddenly you're transported into a luxurious waiting room, so peaceful, spacious and beautiful. Staff is friendly, from the front desk all the way to the procedural area, everyone is kind and explains everything. When I was taken to the changing rooms and I changed into the pink gown, I was surprised how soft the gown is. Why can't all gowns be so soft???????? I could not stop touching the soft material, it is so soothing!!! Once I was taken in for my procedure, I was very impressed by the Doctor who was performing the biopsy, he was very compassionate and professional. Between him and the staff helping (who I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's name), I felt very at ease. What I expected to be painful I barely felt, and they informed me of every step along the way. Afterwards I was given these cute little ice packs that stick to the area along with some extra supplies in case I need at home. If I ever have to have this done again (hopefully not though) I would definitely come back to this location.

On our first visit,…read moreour little one wasn't cooperating, but the staff quickly offered to reschedule us for another appointment at no extra charge. Both technicians were fantastic -- incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The second time around, our tech Julia went above and beyond, trying everything possible to get the baby to show off. It was so cool to finally see those clear images! We'll definitely be coming back for our next baby. I highly recommend Maternity Imaging to any expecting parents -- they truly deserve 5 stars!
