This is such a beautiful spot! However the customer service is awful and their cancellation policy is unreasonable. We tried to cancel 8 months in advance and they wanted to charge us a full night, even though someone else will reserve it! This place is very greedy and dishonest. We really liked our 3 night stay here! Friendly staff, clean, concrete slabs for all RVs, large grass area for our dogs and stunning views of the Pacific. Our dogs loved running off leash on the beach and the tide pools were fun to look around in. The only think I wish it had was a hot tub with a view of the beach! read more

We had a great time at SeaPerch. Camp host assisted me with my marginal back-in skills. Our first night they hosted a taco bar social in the clubhouse. The restrooms, showers, clubhouse, gym were top notch clean and looked like a 5 star hotel. the proximity to the surf and sand were amazing too. IF I can get reservations on our next Oregon coast trip, this place will be included. read more

my wife has developed a medical condition that requires us to cancel our Oregon Coast vacation. This is August 8th. Our arrival at Sea Perch was scheduled for August 29th. All of our other 7 reservations were cancelled without issue. I see that you are charging us our entire deposit of $157.50! Obviously they can do it. I did not expect a medical emergency. I hope they never have a medical emergency! If we have the opportunity to visit the Oregon Coast in the future, Seaperch resort will be the last place I will look. Ok we have been to seaperch many times. I love it and has always held a special time for us. I haven't been for quite awhile so we was talking at front desk and booking a spot in sept 2024. I use to have 2 cairns that have passed now have a cairn and a pomsky. My pomsky is just like a pomeranium. Just 20 lbs and sweet. No bad habits. They said because they have husky in them he can't be in the park. Really they have had all breeds there big ones that have bad names and here is this little dog being named bad. This is such discrimination and so wrong. I travel all over and no park ever has been this way. Everyone loves my Maxie and such a lover. I think this manager is so wrong and is a disgrace . read more

We have been camping at Sea Perch for decades. Here is our review: amazing proximity to the beach. Great if you have a dog that is not on their "aggressive" list which is likely due to insurance requirements, the clubhouse was once great...when it was first built...excercise equipment is outdated and crappy. The kitchen in the clubhouse used to be for guests but has been off limits for years. Which was a draw for booking a group and having a place to gather when weather is bad...which is often on the coast. The pool table is destroyed. The grounds are under constant construction by employees but not skilled hires and the steps to the beach have been out of use for more than 3 years. Fire pits that they put in to charge higher prices often don't work...but no credit given on your stay. Cancellation policy is ridiculous as are the rates. For us, it is also HIGHLY disappointing that there is no reward program We've referred at least 45 people. No joke..at LEAST...and NO reward program or group booking rates ever. In a nutshell, owners who know they have a prime location don't actually care about the customers experience...just the bottom line. read more

DON"T STAY HERE!! Today is Mar 13th - I had to cancel a 1 night stay for Aug 31 - so just shy of 6 months out. Here is what the cancellation policy states online - CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR RV SITES Cancellation PRIOR to 30 days of your scheduled arrival date (to include one-night stays) will result in a 1-night processing charge. They charged me $50 for a "processing charge". I called to cancel, and when they told me the charge I was astounded. When I questioned this outrageous processing fee, Carol immediately became nasty and defensive, saying "What I really should do is charge you the whole amount for 1 nights stay"- when I tried to ask her why her cancellation policy did not detail the amount, and that it should, she just became argumentative and rude. I told her that it was not in-line with any other RV resort which I have stayed at. To charge me a $50 "processing" fee 6 months out on a cancellation is obscene. The way she treated me over the phone I am glad we did not stay there, as they appear only interested in making money. Customer service was horrible. I will be posting this on my YouTube channel as well. I tried to reach out to them via email to have the fee adjusted to a more appropriate fee, but no response. We had booked one night at Sea Perch mid June and enjoyed it so much , we added another night . We found the cement pads easy to park on and really enjoyed the club house there ! They had pool table , foozeball , big screen tv , laundry , etc. The building was very clean and bathrooms huge with big showers like spa . The beach was close by and we enjoyed walks on it ! It was foggy on one day and windy but we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery . We didn't get a spot facing the ocean but several families were enjoying their places . The owners were very nice to us snd we had no difficulties at all . We loved our stay but had to keep moving on our road trip . We would definitely love to come back again & stay several days ! This is our first time staying here and we are very impressed! From the well manicured lawn areas to the impressive views of the ocean you can't ask for much more. We were greeted by Joel the camp host at arrival and he was more than helpful and even stopped by after we got set up to make sure everything was going well. The clubhouse is beautiful inside has a lounge area with an amazing ocean view and I'm the entire facility is super clean and spotless!! We and one other couple traveling with us stayed at Sea Perch 2 nights last minute. Our long-planned RV trip to Oregon had to be completely reversed one a days' notice due to Oregon wildfires. We headed up the coast from California and made reservations along the way. We made reservations the morning of our stay and fortunately there were cancellations so we were able to stay a 2nd night and enjoy the area. Other reviews are accurate: beautiful park, friendly hosts who guided us in and checked us in, wonderful location. We did some fantastic tide pooling - walking right out to the beach. It was so cool how they have the beach immediately adjacent to the property lit up at night, so we took a long stroll one evening, too. We explored in Florence and further north, hitting a brewery along the way since may state parks were closed. We would definitely stay again if we ever are in the area. read more

This was not our first choice for our stay BUT IT WILL BE from now on should we return to the Oregon coast. The sites are spacious, all have an ocean view if not an ocean front view. Staff were very friendly. Camp Host Moe promptly met us at the gate and escorted us to spot #22 (great Spot for a windy day which we r currently having). But also a great spot as we still have an ocean front view even though we are one row away from those spots. Great homebase location for daily excursions to light house trips, covered bridge and Yachats town. Only gave it 4 stars for poor 4g signal but the camp does offer decent free wifi, a great club house with clean washers and dryers, a small exercise room , TV room and game room for guests to hang out in. They also offer a free private landline telephone room due to the weak or no cell phone signal. Which came in handy for us on this trip. We took a ride into Newport to check out the luxury resort we had planned on staying at on this trip. We are glad we ended up at Sea Perch RV Resort. The view is much better and Sea Perch has easier beach access. I highly recommend Sea Perch RV Resort for your Oregon coast trips. read more

We booked online, but ended up calling in to get multiple nights together! When we showed up we were met with a wonderful gentleman the camp host, who helped us back into our spot perfectly. After we parked our travel trailer which was 30ft, we still have plenty of room for our F150 without parking strangely. Office was warm and friendly. The view was amazing and the private beach access was such a wonderful treat! There are rules and they are laid out for you before you show up in multiple ways, but all together a great trip! We highly recommend Sea Perch RV! It is our top 3 favorite coastal RV resorts. We arrived around 1:30pm and Glen (resort staffer) escorted and us in parking for our week getaway. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Our toy hauler is a 42 footer and the pad had more than enough room for it. We had our rear patio open so our total length was around 50+ feet. We were fortunate enough to to have a paved sitting area on our site (site 3). No part of your rig is allowed to be over the grass or patio area. If you are able to reserve a beach front site, do it! Access to the beach is about 25-30 feet from a beach front site. There is a set of wooden stairs to the beach but there was a couple easy access ways down if you prefer. The sewer hook up is towards the end of the site. You may want to have a long enough sewer hose depending on your rig setup. The park was kind enough to lend a short hose since wasn't long enough. The dog area is close as well. This park is very clean. The staff does a great job in maintaining this park. During our stay the recreation/gym was closed due to covid safety. You were allowed to use the laundry area which we did not use so I can't say much about it. The check in office was your standard setup. Limited RV type supplies. I recommend driving down to Florence for any RV supply/parts if needed. There are a few places there that are stocked with just about anything you need for parts. I needed to replace out dual propane tank regulator because the original failed during our stay. The prices are a bit inflated for parts in this area. Location is close to Florence and Yachats. Thor's well, sea lion cave, strawberry hill, and others are a short drive away. read more

Amazing view of the ocean. Very clean resort and friendly RVers. The beach is just few feet away. Resort is very well laid out for easy parking of motorhomes as well as trainers. Hookups are located on each side of the spots to accommodate back in or pull in setups. Both 50 and 30 amp power hook ups, water, sewer and cable TV. Sea Perch Club is well kept and also offers nice clean restrooms and a perch to watch the ocean too. We've stayed here twice now, 2014 and 2015 and enjoyed both stays. Even when it's full it's not loud at all. We'll be back. Update 4/2017 We continue to return each year. Always manage to meet to friendly RVers while we are here and appreciate the grounds, staff and view more and more. Continues to be one of the best places we've camped at. Update 4/2018. Changes are afoot! They've upgraded their WiFi and its a big improvement too. I haven't had a drop out or much lag at all. They're running new wire for new LED ocean front lights too. Can't say enough great things about this place. We stayed in Site 14 and my father stayed in one of Villas. The Villa he stayed in was beach front and furnished well. We arrived after the office closed and they had all our information outside for smooth check in. We were greeted by one of the camp hosts Brad. He made sure we received everything we needed and was there to offer his services. Sunset is amazing and everyone comes out to see. Brad was extremely helpful in suggestions for places to eat, motorcycle rides and anything else we asked. Used laundry facilities and were clean and worked well. The Sea Perch hosted a Happy Hour on Saturday and the food was great and everyone BYOB. Great way to mingle and meet other RVers. Large green area for the dogs to run and play and do their business. Located on the PCH however you wouldn't know it. Very quiet area of Oregon. read more

Rude and unprofessional. We drove down the Oregon coast from Astoria to this place because they said they had a couple vacancies. After driving all day we pulled in at 8:10 PM when the check-in time closes at 8:00 PM. We tried calling while we were on the road but cell service on the coast is spotty but figured we would just use the after hours check in like every other RV park we have ever arrived at. The man that works here talked to us like we were crazy for thinking we would be able to check in when the office opened in the morning and told us we had to leave even though they had the vacancy sign on and multiple vacant spaces. When my wife asked were we might be able to stay for the night he said we should go to a state park day use area. Talking to our neighbor at the park we ended up at it turns out she had a similar experience at this park and there are at least two of us who will never be giving Sea Perch our business, EVER. read more

Had to cancel our August trip due to the chaos in Oregon over COVID-19. All other parks either waived a cancelation fee or charged a small fee. Sea Perch on the other hand insisted on charging a full night's stay at $90 even though we canceled over a month before our reservation. They were rude and unwilling to even discuss the matter. Absolutely the worst experience. The management is disgusting. They ram the rules down your throat, and then let their own kids break the very same rules. Camp hosts smoking in the clubhouse, one host had his car up on jacks and he was actually doing a break job. The rules specifically say that you cannot do any vehicle work in your site, but there he was. Managers just stood there watching him. The guys dog was always loose. The leash was on the ground, just dragging behind it. I had a few little things out in my site and the guy manager came unhinged on me. Started screaming at me that we can't have anything out. The camp host site next to me looked like an episode of hoarders. Management here is very bad, therefore the service is bad. Sites are very expensive. We wouldn't return if you paid us read more

Found this place while traveling up HWY 1 on the Orgeon coast. It was amazing and so clean. Concrete pads with spectacular ocean views. Cozy little villas to rent and private access to the beach that is even lit at night. The staff is awesome! So friendly and welcoming. They have a lodge that you can do family banquets, laundry, watch movies or games on their big flat screen tv's, play pool or air hockey, or read a good book upstars watching the ocean waves. I had the opportunity to join my boyfriend's family on a trip to the coast - unfortunately, staying at this RV "Resort" was the low point of this trip. This park seems to have a tight knit community of elder residents who have nothing better to do, but watch other customers. The management team was unnecessarily rude when enforcing rules THAT WERE NOT STATED IN THEIR PAMPHLET OR ON THEIR WEBSITE. They complained about things we did that would only be noticed if watching us like a hawk and again these complaints were not backed by real regulations of the park. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, this place is full of unhappy elderly people and I found the way they treated customers unacceptable. read more

The resort and staff provided a perfect week on the Oregon coast. Arrived and the host met us to guide us to our ocean front spot. The spot had full connections on both sides to accommodate a motorhome front first or a trailer back in. The resort clubhouse was very nicely furnished and probably the nicest RV park clubhouse I have ever seen. The beach is amazing and there are also great hiking/trail running trails nearby including Cummins Ridge trail and the Cummins Creek trail. The closest town of Yachats has a number of great restaurants. The only disadvantage to the location is no cell phone service but the resort makes this not a problem with excellent WiFi and a phone room in the club house if you need to make phone calls. Will definitely be visiting Sea Perch RV resort again. read more
