The dry camping parking lot is great for an overnight stay while on a road trip. The hookup sites are nice for longer stays. We came and parked overnight while staying on the moored paddleboat B&B, Newport Belle. The marina parking was paved and felt safe. There are restrooms and showers available to overnight guests. They also have a fish cleaning station. There's a market on site where you can purchase fishing licenses, drinks and snacks. Everything was clean and maintained. People were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

And there was no traffic at all in the early morning. The bathroom in the day use area, next to where we were camping, was spotless at all times. The camp host was friendly and laughed at all my jokes and had plenty of firewood. We loved it here, and would love to stay here again. Motorcyclists - i highly recommend spot #14! There is a lot of light - not the greatest place to star gaze. But still loved it. Their listings include houses and condos available in all sizes, some pet friendly, some with hot tubs, some with fireplaces, and some with even a garage to park in! The check-in and check-out times are reasonable, as well as cleaning fees. Everyone I've worked with for our reservations have been helpful and accommodating. Their website is user-friendly and making reservations online is a breeze. I would definitely recommend them.

It is so unfortunate that we have to submit this review. Over the past years we have been renting…read morenumerous vacation homes from Sweet Homes and they have been very responsive to our needs and requests. Over the last two years we have rented the same house in Waldport and each time we arrive we report back to Sweet Homes on items that need attention. In the past they have been very responsive but we noticed the change this past June and July of this year (2026). In June we reported that the bathroom sinks were sluggish and one of the traps were not working. We also reported that the rug in front of the kitchen sink should be replaced because it was very dirty, slippery and a trip factor. These items were not taken care of during our stay in June. Upon our return in July, these items were still outstanding in addition to a very sticky floor in front of the fireplace. On our second night, the smoke/CO monitor in our bedroom went off at 2am, and then again at 5am. I reported it to management the next morning. I didn't hear from them for two days and had to recontact them again. Their response was for me to change the battery. I told them that these monitors are battery-less, and that the monitor needed to be replaced. After my insistence, they finally sent a young man out to replace the defective monitor. In summary, we have noticed that Sweet Homes have not been as responsive to requests as they have been in the past. Sincerely S. Hom

As a child, I spent every summer, springbreak, Thanksgiving break, and Christmas in Glen Eden at our family vacation home. I never knew the Newport Belle exusted. I did some research to find a place to break away from our kids on a family vacation and found them. (My kids stayed with my Mom) Brandon, Ibin, and Lydas warmth of care to our needs was amazing. They offered a happy hour apon arrival. The morning breakfast seriously was to die for. Ibin was an amazing Chef. We wanted to stay permanently!!!! We did stay 2 nights, back to back. We were in room 4. We had the most beautiful view. It was quiet and we didn't hear other guests or the fisherman right outside. I just wish we could go back. It was seriously such a relaxing time to break away on our vacation and spend time together. The bed was so comfortable. It swallowed you up into a deep sleep. The bedding was so comfy. The towels were awesome. You can even purchase them all on site. I bought a t-shirt, a hoodie, and a beanie just to wear back at home in IdaHOME to advertise so I can tell people all about this place. Thank you Brandon, Ibin, and Lyda. We will be back!

Hey it is all great EXCEPT for the beds!!! Omg the hardest & hollow stiff beds you can imagine. We…read morestayed two nights. Couldn't sleep the first night. The second night I was able to finally catch a wink after complete exhaustion but woke up after 5 hours with a complete kinked up back in several areas. I tried to sleep on my side but the bed was so hard, my arm would lose circulation very quickly. I am writing this review to help warn those of you who may be like me and need a decent bed to sleep on. This is the worst sleep I've had in an overnight hotel, and I have stayed in many. Otherwise, the room was great filling our simple needs. PS there is a hot tub which is usually a great plus. However, it is connected to the pool water flow. So the hot water and cool water can mix which changes the temperature in most of the tub. But also, there are no jets unless you count the only bubble hole that is positioned at the very angle of your tail pipe. And the water that is coming in sounds like a car exhaust. Needless to say, even if you are able to catch the hot tub privacy, it certainly doesn't give off the relaxing getaway vibes.
