We purchased a new Avalon pontoon in 2024 from them. When they were placing the boat on the trailer they damaged the toons. My husband spoke with Scott and he said they would take care of it and make it right, photos were provided for Scott to see. Now, he states that Bill (owner) said it "happens" and they are not doing anything about it and Scott was just as a matter of fact when I recently spoke with him. We also need a part from Avalon warehouse and because Bill calls them bitching them out on a regular bases they are not moving any faster. Beware when buying from them.
