Gluten free crust available in 14" size! Win! It is thin and crispy, quite tasty while still hot although it gets a little on the chewy side once it cools. Dropped in 2 days ago for lunch when in the area. (2pm) Service was adequate although supplies were almost empty on every table as well as the restroom. There was no one else in the place so we got our pizza pretty quickly...maybe 15 minutes. Location is cute inside, was clean and convenient to drop in. Music was terrible but that is obviously objective. If you are looking for gourmet quality, look elsewhere. But if you are craving a cheesy ooey gooey greasy pizza from your youth, this is it. I have ordered from this location many times in the past, but my last transaction was the worst by far. I can understand and except a small error every now and then, but this time I called in a complaint after errors the last two orders. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, but received a pizza with light cheese (less cheese than on any other pizza I've ever received from them before, and cheese only covered about 50%), undercooked and a bit of a doughy crust. When I tried to explain this to the person on the phone, he said that he had made that pizza himself and that it was prepared properly. He also said that if it wasn't enough cheese, that I should've ordered 'double extra cheese'. When I tried to explain that it has much less than even a 'regular' pizza in the past and that it only covered a portion of the pizza, he said that I could take my business elsewhere. I only called to bring awareness to an error, I didn't want or expect anything, but rather to have a better and more consistent product in the future. I didn't even receive an apology or even a notion of one. To treat a customer this way is unacceptable, especially a repeat customer. Hopefully this was only the attitude of a single employee, and not the way that this business truly responds to a mild criticism. read more

I've gotten pizza from here four times, the same thing each time, large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and canadian bacon. The pizza tastes great, the only downside is that the crust is a little thick. The pizza was good. Service was horrible. We ordered 2 pizzas for dine in. We waited 40 minutes for our pizzas, but we only got one. They forgot the other pizza we ordered for our kids. I've dined in and have ordered delivery. Either way, it does take way too long as others have suggested. When dining in I almost left before my order was taken due to the ineptitude of the cashier. She pretended that I wasn't there. I wasn't wearing an offensive t-shirt or anything. I don't know why she did. The pizza is also flavorless as others have said too. The sauce needs more sugar, garlic, and herbs. The crust is lacking flavor as well. The delivery driver isn't rude, but isn't friendly either. Been here a few times as there is only one other dine-in pizza place in Belfair. The pizza is ok but everything else needs work. Customer service is lacking and so is cleanliness of the dining area. Tables aren't wiped down (but paper towels are on the table so you can do it yourself). We ordered soft drinks only to find out that it didn't work and it would take 10+ days to refund my money. Luck for them there is only one other pizza place in town (and its worse, in my opinion). read more

A good pizza place, and this branch always seems to provide a better pizza than the one on Chico Way. We will be dreaming of a Seabeck Pizza from Seabeck, but the only one close enough to deliver or drive to quickly is on Chico, and we end up disappointed two-thirds of the time. None of their locations are comfy to eat-in, so basically a take-out joint. Sadly most of the pizza joints on the Peninsula are fairly crappy, and Seabeck is by default the better choice. read more

The pizza is great, the place is clean, the staff is friendly... However the service is about the slowest I have ever experienced at a restaurant in general. Not only did our pizza take 50 minutes for our pizza to arrive at our table from the time we ordered it but... The tables that had dirty dishes on them when we came in were left that way up until about 5 minutes before we were done eating. I went to Caspers nearby once, and decided not to go back. We have eaten at Seabeck pizza in Belfair numerous times. Typically we always have a custom order or make some sort of special request, every time our requests are met! The food is delicious and they are fairly quick with our orders. The gentleman who runs the counter, I forgot his name but he typically is seen wearing like workout head bans, he is extremely nice and welcoming. We really enjoy this restaurant and will continue to frequent it. read more

I saw this place while traveling through Belfair and decided to stop for some pizza. My experience was horrible because of the lack of customer service and lack of care for their customers. We ordered 1 regular sized pizza and 1 order of cheesy bread. We were told by the cashier it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Ok, that's reasonable even though there was only 1 other party in the restaurant and they were leaving. We see a few other groups of people come in and order pizza and I'm a little put-off when they start to get their pizza before us. After the 2nd group of people gets their pizza before us, (and we saw about 6-8 pizzas go out the back door for deliveries) I really start to wonder if they forgot us. It's now been 30 minutes. I go up and ask, "how much longer on our order?" Very politely I might add, and the guy in the kitchen says maybe another 5 minutes. Ok, I guess they're really busy. We wait another 15 minutes and STILL have not got our order and NO ONE has said anything to us, so now I'm upset and just want my money back. It is now getting close to an hour since we ordered 1 pizza/1 cheesy sticks. I go up to the cashier and ask for a refund because well, I need to go and we weren't expecting to be there over an hour to eat some pizza. As the confused and non-apologetic cashier begins to start the refund process, our order miraculously is ready. I wanted the refund by my spouse really wanted to eat. Cashier says, "I can refund you, or here's your order." The manager was even present and NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO US AT ALL! We weren't rude or anything and this is how we're treated? I worked in customer service for 5 years and this is NOT how you treat a customer who is unhappy w/ your service. I took the pizza and sat down and both employees went back to the kitchen. I am not one to look for hand-outs, but in this instance it would have been very beneficial of the manager to either comp our meal or at least give us some type of coupon for a next visit. We didn't get any apology at all even after I explained it had been over 45 minutes since our order was placed. Don't tell me 20 min and then act like 45+ minutes is totally normal especially when other customers are coming in and getting their slices. I will never return this establishment or any of their other locations and I hope the owners and other people considering this pizza place read this review. read more

Did you know Belfair has pizza delivery?!?! Me either! Had I known about the beer run before I placed my order I would have just picked up something else. We would have eaten sooner ( was quoted 45 minutes and it was almost twice that) and apparently that's good timing for this place. Our buddy said he called in one time for delivery of hot sandwiches and salads was going to be a 3 hour wait. Maybe delivery is a concept that's just not do-able here in Belfair. I was so surprised to see the negative reviews! My wife and I have been enjoying Seabeck pizza for years and consider it to be easily the best pizza in Belfair. We have tried the others from time to time but always come back to Seabeck when we want a good-tasting pie. OK, in my dreams I can imagine the perfect pizza, but this comes way closer than the others in Belfair and even the ones we have tried in the Kitsap/Mason area. read more

Never have had a bad pizza from this place, wait time is consistently 20 minutes for prep and cooking. Custom order my pizzas so flavor is good, pizza is crisp and not soggy, good percentage of cheese and toppings. Don't know how you can rate a establishment on a single piece of pizza. read more
