Best place in town for seafood. Shrimp is amazing! Will be coming here often. Prices aren't bad either.

Huge disappointment.. went out for some dinner with my fiancé and family members for my my brother in laws bday and barely got serviced to be sat down at a table when it was DEAD in there. The waitress over there and mind you this it was one only working there tonight and barely noticed we were standing there. Anyway she lays out a tiny piece of paper onto the table and by the time she wanted to take our order we walked out of the place because she basically took a smoke break and REEKED of cigarettes and I don't even think she washed her hands either, it took her 15-20mins for at least for us to order some water and we didn't even get our waters because she decided to tend to something else. Crawfish Cave in Fullerton is the best hands down and I rather take the 30min drive than to have poor customer service and unsanitary experience, who knows I might have gotten food poisoning or something so glad we chose to go to Yard house instead across the street read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! FOOD GOT ME SICK . I bought take out worth 77 DOLLARS and the lady who took my order over the phone on Saturday April 18th at 4:12pm was rude and when I arrived to pick up my order It was not ready she told me to wait outside and she would call me when my order was ready so I waited in my car for an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready due to this pandemic... I was told to sit outside understandable however.. the waitress wrote down my correct phone number to call me when my order was ready and never called the correct number. The waitress threatened to throw my food away after I had already paid when I called to check if it was ready. AGAIN SHE NEVER CALLED THE CORRECT NUMBER. So I walk in to pick up my food the woman gave me my order and did not say Thank you for your order or anything no even a simple apology for not calling me she was so rude and unprofessional over the phone. The woman was taking orders while assisting other costumers very unprofessional and obviously had difficulty multitasking. I hope the owner takes the time to have her retrain and teaches her the importance of restaurant edict. SHE ALSO DIDNT GET A TIP FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL. This place is clean with good service. Very similar to the boiling crab but yet missing the Boiling Crab taste. If the owner can perfect the recipe this place should be a hit. Trying out again in a few months. read more

Service and server were nice & fast BUT I asked for Cajun fries and when I received them it looked like they sprinkled green dust on them and said here you go. The sausage was disgusting tasted over cooked and had the consistency of bologna. The shrimp was undercooked and the seasoning was just very subpar. Came a couple of days ago for date night. It's surpassed my expectations. I loved it. The service was great. The food was spiced really well. I was worried it'd be bland but it was far from it. The food has so much flavor. I loved it. It's all I've thought about since I left. The prices are great. If you get the steam bags your have to add sausage to it. It's so good. Not only does this restaurant have amazing seafood and fries but the customer service is amazing! After finishing a DELICIOUS meal here, I left and realized I left 2 rings on the table. What they serve as gumbo is not gumbo, and it's 6.50 a cup for imitation crab!!! I had the oysters my friend had the catfish. They would not allow us to put their Cajon sauce on the catfish. They charged us for a third French fry instead of substituting the fries that we got. The catfish smelled like Ajax after you cleaned the bathroom? Sorry, but I would never go here again. read more

I just want to start off with saying that the food was good, no complaints there. But the service was really bad. It was 12 of us and I understand that since its a big party things would take a little longer to come out. I get it because my family owns a restaurant and most of us are servers and we know how hectic things could get. But, what was not right was that me and the rest of my family got our meals except for my sister, her husband, and my niece. And it wasn't that they didn't get their meals on time it was the fact that a party next to us got all of their meals before them and we were there before and it was a large party as well. At that point my sister was fed up and had her husband hunt down a server to cancel their orders (no one bothered checking on our table throughout our meal until we actually got up to speak to someone.) My family never got refills on drinks and I never received the water I asked for when the server took our order. We just wanted to enjoy a nice dinner as a family before my parents left out of the country but we did not leave happy. Maybe it was a bad day, idk. read more

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The customer service was fantastic and the food was beyond delicious. Extremely fresh food (even the fries!) The servers there had a smile on their face and made our group feel very welcome, always asking even we needed anything else. We got clams, crawfish, and shrimp. They were ALL to die for. This is my 2nd visit since its really close to my home in jurupa valley. 1st time i went with a friend on a busy weekend and they took us in quick and got us seat it and the waiter took our order no problem. 2nd visit i went with my parents and some young guy maybe about 25ish light skin hispanic dude took our order i didnt get his name. He did not look happy for whatever reason he looked like he wanted to go or unpleasant, did not bother to smile and had a little smirk i wanted to smack out of his face, stand him up straight and ask him what the hell is he doing with his life! He look like he had no motivation to be there or too cocky for everyone. Guys you need to keep your employees on check and make sure they are trained to give 100% customer service at all times. This is the only way to get return customers and make money in this rough economy. 3 stars for the horrible service on my 2nd visit and now im not sure to return for a third. read more

I heard of this place from a friend that said it was pretty good and similar to the boiling crab. I decided not to take the long drive to the OC to get my seafood and crawfish fix. So I checked this place out and let me tell you.. I'm glad I did!! I came here with some friends Sunday evening around 7:00 the place was pretty busy. The staff was very friendly and the service was really good! The food came out really fast!! And the flavor was on point! I ordered 2 pounds of crawfish and shrimp! And my oh my was it amazing the flavor was just as good as the boiling crab if not better!!!! I also had the garlic noodles which by the way were amazing!!! I also had the Cajun fries I love how you guys make them fresh and they were cooked perfectly just how I like them!!! The boiling crab fries don't even come close!! The beer was amazing and I really liked the music as well!!! The atmosphere is definitely welcoming!!! This is my new spot! :) read more

Hands down the best place to eat in all of Riverside. The crawfish is always big and fresh, the crab is always good and the sides are great too.
