    Chicken parmesan sandwich

Wanted something quick after work so came here. Ordered the crab fries and the chicken parmesan sandwich. Both were great. Service was quick and the food tasty. Would go back.

It was OK nothing to really write home about they give you more clams than lobster or shrimp. Pretty bland.

Big fan of the chain, it's been about a decade since I've been to this location, def a good time. Hasn't changed much, def needs a furniture upgrade, but the hospitality was inviting and service always good. For a chain, prices for seafood and brews super reasonable and great to share food with. My boyfriend and I had an intimate lunch, so everything was quick and service was easy. My first time having their wings, my boyfriend swears by them being his fave. I've always been a nacho gal and had to get them. All in all, a great place to hang out, eat, and socialize with groups.

My friend wanted seafood. The reviews of Chickie's & Pete's haven't been good, but I wanted to try the food myself. First, this location in Bordentown is surprisingly big and convenient. I didn't quite understand the decor, but the high ceilings and vastness of the rooms kept my interest for a minute. Second, the bartending staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves, as it wasn't busy, and they seemed to be engrossed in their conversations rather than serving. Third, my shrimp tacos had a rich flavor but lacked sufficient garnish, specifically cilantro or lettuce, which would have enhanced its presentation. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his seafood saute in white sauce, but was disappointed because there were so many muscles compared to lobster, clams, or shrimp. He had preferred to order fried shrimp but wanted tartar sauce. They don't serve tartar sauce here. Despite my comments, I do think I will try other locations to compare with this experience.

Drove 2 hours all the way from New York for Blue Crabs !! They weren't able to disclose the price over the phone ! When we got to the place the price was $30.00 for just THREE BLUE CRABS and we ordered an entire dozen !!! This will definitely be my last time visiting !! That's a HUGE RIPOFF .. there aren't any sides or anything to accompany it Phewwww!! Had to come back in here and edit this review !!! They charged for THREE BLUE CRABS EACH and ended up only giving 2 and a HALF crabs !! If my math is correct they owe me $5 for the other half of the crab I'm extremely annoyed, this is my day off and I was really looking forward to my visit .

I come here for a gluttonously delicious time. I always have to order the crab fries with the cheese sauce. The fries are always so crispy and seasoned wonderfully with the seasoning and the cheese sauce is creamy and highly addicting. I want to spread it on everything! I usually also get a cheesesteak with fried onions and more cheese sauce and boy oh boy do I love it -- if you don't leave the restaurant with a bloated stomach and regretting your life choices then you're doing Chickie's and Pete's wrong! On a more recent visit I tried something different and got the Buffalo chicken nachos. These were just okay, it was too saucy for my liking and when you got a chip without chicken it was just like eating a tortilla chip with straight Buffalo sauce. Awesome place to catch a game or hangout with a group. Conveniently located off of route 130!

It get worse and worse every time we come here. We came here last month and the food was mediocre at best.... We tried again... we were 10 people who are literally a household... they separated out table and were super rude about it... I saw later them drinking with the bartender so the staff was probably that RUDE CAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN DRUNK The manager even said that " don't matter if you live together you cannot sit together " we were not allowed to sit near each other.... which was our right according to the COVID 19 guidelines in jersey.... "limit seating to a maximum of 8 customers per table - unless from an immediate family or the same household " this is straight from the site. The food here is not impressive, the staff inside was super rude and the drinks were not impressive... This place is not worth it at all.... DO NOT COME HERE.... They will tall so smack about covid and stuff... but half of us are vaccinated and literally are together all the time.... They not only separated us 6 feet. They after we sat came back and separated us more.... at the end we were about 8 feet apart..... LITERALLY DON'T COME HERE. at least if u have family and friends who u are with all the time cause they do not care and they are rude about it.

The only reason I didn't make this a five out of five was that I felt that it was very limited on the happy hour menu and wind up spending a lot more than I anticipated because we ordered off the regular menu in addition to just the hot wings and I'm not even sure if I drink choices. The beers were on the happy hour unless it was like two or three on tap so that was a little bothersome for me. It was hard to sort of follow what is and what Isn't but I think we'll give it a fair. Try one another time when Fifa games are not going on. We did order wings off the happy hour menu, but then from the regular menu I had the sesame tuna tacos instead of fries which I hate I had brussels sprouts but again there's an up charge to do that. My wife had the half cheesesteak she added sautéed peppers she added a chipotle. Aïoli and she also swapped out tater tots for whatever the fried choice was but everything was at an up charge. Food was tasty was good but again like I said I was coming for happy hour and I felt like I wasn't happy with the hour.

I haven't been to this site since it was Dublin Square which was a long time ago. Some of the layout changed. They no longer have the old bar separated from the dining area. Callie was our server and did a great job. I was there with some friends from SC. We started by ordering the large pretzel which comes out on a pretzel hanger along with some beer cheese for dipping. They also use that hanger for bacon. The pretzel was enough for 4 of us. I ordered the wings and selected Nashville Hot and Hog Sauce as my flavors. They claim they sell by the pound ($15.50) but it ends up being 8 wings. If you want to split flavors, they make it dry and bring the sauce on the side for dipping. Luckily the Nashville Hot is a dry rub. It was very good and not too spicy. The Hog Sauce is a combo of Buffalo and Garlic which was excellent. The wings themselves were plump, juicy and crispy. Five stars. Plenty of parking. Some tables available outside for outdoor seating when it ever gets nice in NJ. Bathrooms were very clean. You may find some little pink pigs around. Not sure if they're complimentary, but my wife took the one that was next to our table. My only complaint is they have too many of their draft beers designated for only 10 oz pours even with low ABV. I had a Kane Head High which was in a 16 oz glass. They also use OpenTable for reservations which I used as well.

The kitchen dominates the back of the restaurant with a huge pizza oven and white tiles all around, and a clean bright fresh look, as you pass by to use the restroom. Overall it was fine but not incredibly memorable. We were seated at the strange 6-top table right inside the front door. Like people almost have to shimmy past you to get inside. The service was okay but not great. On the plus side, when we ordered something it came on the quicker side and also later in the meal the manager came by and checked on us. On the meh side there were long periods without being checked on by our server and I feel like I knew a bit more about the menu from reading it than they did. The best thing we ordered was the pretzel. The rest of the food was just alright. Bang bang cauliflower was crispy but battered in what actually tasted like a more dense funnel cake batter and had a twang of fryer oil that was on the cusp of needing to be changed. The sauce was flat. Cheesesteak egg rolls were not good. Soggy (again the fryer oil) and the prevailing flavor was green peppers. (Where I come from a cheesesteak guarantees shaved ribeye, American or Cooper sharp cheese and possibly fried onions but green peppers I would say crosses a line) Mozzarella sticks were mid. Truthfully the extremely long and skinny plates the apps came out on were just annoying. I'm sure the dish and kitchen staff can't stand washing them and plating the food on them either. Just buy some oval or round plates bruh. The cocktails were fine but uninspired. I ordered a peach old fashioned... Bulleit was the brand of bourbon and there was supposed to be peach bitters, peach syrup and "fresh peach" but it came out again a little on the underwhelming side without much peach flavor and the "fresh peach" nowhere to be found. (I expected perhaps a slice of fresh peach?) I didn't take a picture of the cocktail menu but I feel like it many have been like $16 for a subpar drink. Don't mind paying even $20 for a cocktail if it's executed correctly. We tried a blueberry mule off of the mocktails menu but asked to have Tito's added. It was good and properly served in a copper mug with a sprig of fresh mint. There was some live music, a guy singing and playing a guitar which was a nice touch. I appreciated that we could still have dinner conversation and the music wasn't dominating the room- it was more complimentary to the dining experience. In fairness our time there was all apps and some cocktails. We did not try the entrees. I wonder if they would have been executed upon at a higher level. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Had some neat (copper?) sinks with waterfall faucets. In a day and age where things are expensive, you gotta be firing on all cylinders to stand out as a place for folks to drop their hard earned money for a night out. It was alright here... But I don't know if I would choose to come back over other options. It landed between two and half stars and three stars for me.

I saw a new sign out front on a Bud Light white board that breakfast was now being served 7 days a week! Hot diggity! I parked out back and walked in to a mostly empty bar (2 customers who looked like they were regulars). The bartender approached and we engaged about their breakfast menu. It was pretty wide open if my desires had anything to do with eggs. They did. I opted for a sausage, egg and cheese on Kaiser roll, and mug of java. While it was being created in the kitchen I watched a show about exotic car auctions. A Borgati opening at a cool million bucks was an eye opener. Another black transport used by John Lennon around London was also put up and sold. Pretty cool entertainment. The sandwich was great! Double patty, fried egg, American cheese and a fresh, quality roll, made for a tasty and fun meal. The side of homefries was likewise excellent - hot, crisp and spicy with sautéed onions in the mix. Coffee, strong and kicking. The only shortcomings were the lack of a joe refill offering, and lack of utensils. Luckily, I had a spoon from the coffee, which was fine as a shovel.
