Mahi from Central America (I forget where, maybe Honduras). I appreciated how you could order whole fish, and they would prepare them for you. That way you can inspect the gills and the eyes to pick the best one. We never called ahead to have shrimp peeled and deveined, but the fee per pound to do so felt like a pittance. Most of my shrimp consumption came in the form of boil, peel, and eat, which is good because it slows me down a bit. I shudder to think how many shrimp I would have consumed if they were all ready to shove into my shrimp hole. Without a doubt I'll be back the next time I am in town, which hopefully won't be too long.
