There was a inexplicable disconnect between the text that confirmed my appointment day/time and what they had in the system (?), so they didn't expect me to come in on the day that I did. However they took care of me nonetheless, so I didn't have to reschedule. I liked the pictures and the reports, but I only did a couple of things that needed to be done according to the maintenance schedule, because it sounded overpriced. BRUTAL! I had an 0800 appointment for an installation for 4 new tires and they weren't there until…read more0815 (no big deal). I advised them to inflate the tires to 35psi, do an alignment, and put the old tires in my truck. I checked online throughout the day and my truck wasn't pulled into the shop for service until 1400, and then was eventually done around 1600. When I came to pickup my truck the old tires were scattered around the shop for some reason and the tires were pumped to all different psi's around 40-45. Communication was not too great you could say. Andddd to top it off, 2 of my tire pressure sensors are now malfunctioning and I can only think of 1 common denominator. But hey they got the tires on I guess!

Never do. I've scheduled multiple appointments now and every time end up needing to call them a few days later to schedule over the phone anyway. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt - I get it - they're busy. But every time?? 2) I already was a little weary as I'd had my oil changed/ and belt swapped back in November and my oil light came on for a change which was almost 1,000 miles before it should've. Fine whatever. 3) Waited days to end up calling and get my car scheduled for the oil change only to pick it up and have them tell me I needed the exact same belt replaced that should last YEARS. I made a comment to the clerk checking me out asking if it was the same one I JUST had changed which he confirmed it was. He then proceeded to look at the pic the mechanic took and seemed to not be able to find any reason why I should need it. I told him if it didn't need to be changed it's fine, but it was covered under warranty so they did it anyway. Just proof in my eyes that they were trying to rip me off and they just didn't check the history before trying to pull one over on me. Needless to say, I will not be returning. The only positive is everyone up front is always extremely kind when I go in. Unfortunately that's not enough to keep my business.

I've been coming to the Briargate & Academy location for all of my oil changes and any questions I…read morehad about my car for well over a year or so. They have always been outstanding in their service, but today put them head and shoulders above everyone else. Let me tell you why. I had taken my car to a tire store to get my tires replaced, and that store gave me a laundry list of things that were mechanically deficient with my car. The cost to fix everything was going to be over $2,000. Because I trust the folks at this Jiffy Lube, I showed them the list that the tire store gave me of all of the things that were "wrong" with my car. The service folks at Jiffy Lube went through the list one item at a time, did a full inspection, and let me know that the list was completely incorrect. My car was mechanically sound and not ready for any service for another 5K miles when I'm due for my next oil change. If you need ANYTHING done to your car, or even a second opinion about repairs, go to Jiffy Lube at Briargate and Academy. THEY WILL HONESTLY ASSESS YOUR VEHICLE!!! I wish that there were more than 5 stars to give this location!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!

I specifically asked for a basic oil change, but they tried to upsell me on several things without providing clear details or pricing first. On top of that, after the service, I noticed an oil leak that wasn't there before. When I returned to have it checked, I didn't get a clear resolution, and customer service wasn't helpful. It felt like they were more focused on getting cars in and out than ensuring quality work. I won't be returning to this location. I'd recommend checking out other local shops that take the time to do the job right and stand behind their work. The staff there are incredibly rude and mistreat their staff.
