He stated that he would return again to install a photo sensor and reconnect the remote metal detector wand attached to the gate opener. Despite at least four text messages over the next six weeks and several voicemail messages, he never responded or returned. I had two or three other small Appliance Repair jobs for him which he never returned to address. He appears to be too busy to even give the courtesy of responding to a text message or voicemail stating that he is not able to render services because he is too busy. I eventually gave up on him. I would recommend that customers stay away from his business in light of his ignoring multiple contact attempts.

Way too far from our home in Volcano. Emil came right up after my call and fixed the current problem, and found and fixed a factory defect that we've been working around for almost three years. The entire visit was completed in about one hour. His charge was far less than the expected travel charge to come up here. HD should have reimbursed us for that charge, but hasn't done so in well over two months. I'm not too concerned since the service fee was very reasonable. No more appliances from them allowed in this house. Emil was fast, very polite and protective of our mahogany floors, and reasonably priced. I only gave him 5-Stars because they don't have higher ratings.
