My suggestion is Home Depot or Lowes across the street, prices are similar if not lower. I wanted to support a small appliance company, in this case my mistake!!!

I called left a message. No one calls for a week, after 2 calls. Then it starts leaking. They blame it on me, and say they can't do anything about it. They can send someone out a (third) time. I ask to talk to the manager multiple times and he is conveniently -every single time and can't ever call back. This won't be the only negative post I put up. I want everyone to know- NEVER buy from here

However, Cole and Mike had it working in about 10 minutes. They then cleaned the fireplace. Cole took the entire fireplace apart and cleaned every inch of it, inside and out, even the logs!
