I started my normal…read moreappliance replacement procedure by going online, looking up brand and model, checking out whether it was still being made, whether to repair it or replace it, how was it originally rated, what new models might be better etc. etc. I then thought about my "old way" of shopping the big box stores using this information to find, purchase, haul, install and recycle the old one. Yikes! Yes... I had done that in the past! Now ...Nope; that's waay too much time and effort for my 82 year old body! I had heard good things about Smetzers Appliance store from "word of mouth" - I looked up their website, found they handled my brand and gave them a call. Hollace(sp) answered the phone and asked if he could help me. I explained I needed a new Microwave and what I had done prior to calling him. He gave me the entire history of my particular make and model of Microwave, that it was a good unit, they had had good success with that model and a replacement of that model was available. My wife was on the call with me and she asked if the replacement model had this or that feature on it instead of what was on our old one. Hollace patiently and very clearly explained the "features" differences between 3 different new models of "our unit" along with the various "color differences of the stainless steel choices" since our entire kitchen was of one style of stainless. She told Hollace he was a "good salesman! I asked about whether the unit we eventually selected was in stock, installation fees, set up date, time, and delivery, as well as removal and recycle of our old unit. Hollace checked yes to every box and/or answered every question of ours very professionally. I said do you take plastic? He said yes! So ... researched, investigated, selected, bought and scheduled for delivery in 10 minutes! Awesome! Fast forward to delivery and install (in less than a week's time.) Isaac and Brad delivered and professionally installed our new "replacement" microwave unit. They were great! even noticing our "cabinet door 'fit' above the microwave" was slightly "off" and adjusted it to perfection! Thanks so much guys! IMHO - One could not find a better business than Smetzers to buy or service your appliances.

They arrived as scheduled, followed the communications instructions requests, and did their jobs as expected. When the appliance proved to be a challenging repair, Bob went well above and beyond and did the legwork (and consultation of the old old old manuals) to persevere. As he said, 'I'm gonna fix this thing cuz I know I can.' So I go up to store right when they opened today. He first said Sheffield store had one. Cool. I could go pick it up. Then he says someone returned your exact type last night. Wrong size for them. The box was sealed so I never gave it a second thought. I opened it about 5 hours later to find a used liner. Rolled up with sand all over it. Went to store. Was told Avon no longer had it. I called the regional mgr. All he could do was offer refund AND made it seem like him telling us to keep this used liner was a perk. Like my installer said how do we even know it's the liner that came in the box. Now I have to hope and pray my pool doesn't blow across my yard with all these winds and storms. I did order one from somewhere my installer recommended online. It's on back order. I have this beautiful deck and no pool. Just walls, rails, and sand.

They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. Wood was overpriced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that wood prices are returning to normal, shed prices are also returning to normal. I felt like it was a good time to buy. The employee who sold me the shed really knew her stuff. In addition to selling sheds, Bennett's also sells outdoor furniture and basketball hoops. They also have a toy store with an extensive selection of quality toys. They also have a dog boarding kennel and they offer pet grooming.
