I feel like I've been sold an "upgrade" that made no real difference. The doctor and staff were nice, but that doesn't change the fact that this product is garbage for the price I paid. I called the Friday before Easter to schedule an appointment for my 91 year old father. They were able to give me an appointment for the next Tuesday. The receptionist took into consideration my father's age and made sure he would be given extra time. As he was doing the tests, the technician was very patient and caring. It took awhile for my dad to understand what he needed to do and a few times the tests had to be redone. At one point they even had to call the doctor to come assist. Through it all, they were extremely understanding and patient. This was exactly the type of office that I was looking to take my elderly dad to.
