Julie was amazing and she even went out of her way to trust me with her custom plates to serve with. Her response time on texts and the phone was above my expectations. My guests have strong food restrictions and she went over and beyond. I frequent her Deli ...( I think we need to find a different word for her location because it's so unique and amazing) her food is unbelievable if you just want to pick it up or actually serve a formal event at. They have really cute patio tables in the shade so you can enjoy one of her off the hook sandwiches as well! read more

This place was a complete joke. We came in at lunch time on a Friday. It was a little busy but we got our order in within minutes of arriving. We waited 20 MINUTES to get our order of a bagel with cream cheese and another 10 minutes to get our sandwich. Everything was mediocre in taste but I was completely blown away when I opened my sandwich and saw the wrapper of the Brie cheese in my sandwich. That is ridiculous. No excuse for this. This little gem is such an amazing place to find the freshest organic foods and deli items! Fresh juices each morning, breakfast burritos that make your mouth water, and of course the lovely fresh salads and easy to grab lunch and dinner items. Fresh veggies and breads- fun locally sourced items such as honeys, olive oils, delicious wines, and even artwork. This is my go to for nights I want a quick nutritious dinner without cooking - and Seascape never disappoints. Julie and Dan the owners are beyond accommodating, and the staff has the same excellent customer service. I am always greeted with a hello or welcome and it feels so warm and friendly. Waiting time for the deli can be super high, same with the register. If you're looking for an in and out place, it's not the right place. So you'll need to wait really long 2 queues if you want food. Prices are high, and for such high prices you'd expect for 2 registers and 2 people in the deli. This place charges high, and delivers low. Many products has no price tag on them, so you'll find out how much they cost only at the register. Try to avoid coming here, if you can. read more

Sunday night 6:15 7/31/2022, my family could not decide what to have for dinner. We hurried over to Seascape Foods and found two quarts of Chicken and Veggie soup. It was delicious! Chock full of veggies and just prepared that day. The family decided we had the perfect Sunday night dinner. Great place to stock up when staying at the Seascape Resort. This is nice place to pick up water, snacks, food and a grab a deli sandwich. Things are pricey, but consider the location. We ordered two custom sandwiches and a bean and cheese burrito. The sandwiches are like the ones they make at Henry's grocery if you are familiar with that chain. It's good and healthy. Tip - Check out the pint size polar bear ice cream. It's a nice local treat. It also fits in the condo freezer. read more

I basically survive off seascape foods while at work. Im most recently smitten with their peach, marcona almond and goat cheese salad with champagne vinaigrette. They recently upgraded their salad containers and now it's a perfect balance of lettuce and toppings. Another thing they do really well is breakfast burritos! I especially love the turkey chorizo ones. Just the right balance of all ingredients so you never feel like your eating just eggs for 3 bites. The staff are always sooo kind. I've never ever had any one of them be anything less than 5 star accommodating and kind... even during a lunch rush. The selection of gluten free options and alternative grain crackers is really admirable and of course don't forget your keto friendly chocolate (alternative) butter cups or the regular tonychocolonely bars that will blow your mind. Share those... they are huge. Anything with sea salt is bomb. Anyway... stock up on gourmet picnic stuff to impress a date on a beach picnic. I love this place. We've been to Seascape Foods many times before but always for their sandwiches made on their delicious homemade bread. This review, however, is for their chicken enchiladas. We were staying across the street at the resort, and didn't feel like going out to dinner so we stopped in to see what they had. We purchased the chicken enchiladas and the greek salad, the focaccia, and a bottle of Pinot Noir. We reheated the enchiladas & focaccia in the oven, and they were spectacular. There was so much that we took some home with us (over the hill to the Bay Area) and had the rest for dinner tonight. So good I had to leave a review! Check them out! read more

Cute delicatessen in a small outdoor plaza with limited food options at the Seascape Resort. I guess they are known for their sandwiches with "fresh" deli meat, their fresh bread and their aioli. The ordering process was confusing. I stood in some random line waiting for the person in front of me to give their order. When they finally did, I noticed that they handed them a filled out form. Great! Now where is this form? To the very far left side of the counter where no one can see them, with a small sign indicating they moved the forms to this location. How intuitive! After I finally placed my order, I waited for my order, along with about three families and various other people. It was obvious they were running in to operational issues. Sandwiches ordered were not made. Sandwiches made were not ordered. It was a nightmare. I had already perused the entire store's selection of "gourmet" ingredients only to come up with whole lot of nothing. By the time I received my warm brie, apples and maple ham sandwich with crunchy, toasted sourdough bread in hand, I had already been in this deli for 29 minutes. The sandwich was pretty good (considering I'm not much of a sandwich person) but no one should ever wait this long in a deli line. At least the customer service was friendly with a smile and lots of apologies to right the wrong. read more

It's quite amazing that such an absolutely splendid place exists in this little shopping mall. The food that is produced here is truly exceptional. I say this as a person who loves and respects good food. I normally have to search high and low to find a place that serves food made with healthy ingredients, including meats from animals who were raised compassionately and not cruelly. I bought a loaf of their sourdough bread which made the best toast I have ever eaten! I recommend purchasing it unsliced and slicing it thick. Their sandwich and breakfast items are terrific, as are their dinner items, like Lasagne made with Niman Ranch beef. Food made with love and care! My highest rating. read more

Seascape is like a Whole Foods by the beach minus the chain factor. Well stocked, very colorful, nice painted ceiling, very attractive for the customer. I usually get a hot sandwich and it's perfect to get one and then head down and eat it on the beach with some chips and a drink. The service is good and the food is quality.
