    Nice owner

This place was really cool. We bumbled in on a poetry reading night and ordered a unique and extremely tasty zucchini lasagna from an up and coming chef recently graduated from The Culinary Institute. We were not looking for food but saw a plate go by and had to try it. Everything was really affordable and cute, and the proprietor Sally was very sweet. Nice selection of adult beverages as well. Would be a 5 star if it was a bit more elegant but for an artistic place to chill and be, this was great! They are very involved in the local art, music and poetry scene as well.

The three lovely proprietors and their more than capable chef.

Grim food offerings but we continue to try. Peddling booze, I guess something works well here.

My only surprise was that it was a smaller coffee drink than I was expecting, maybe 6 oz or so. As for the food, it was also delicious! The portion size was solid and everything worked really well together. There was the flaky toasted bread (not a traditional Cuban bread but still really good), and the perfect amount of mustard and cheese! The sandwich isn't traditional necessarily, but it is still amazing and something I would definitely eat again. It did take about 20 minutes to get to us, however, and we came in at a fairly slow time. I think this is such a hidden gem and I am so glad I found this place! I will definitely come back and try more of their coffee drinks!

The coffee is rich and flavorful, and their mug collection is both fun and classic, adding a special touch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to catch up with someone or get some work done. The space leans a bit dark with its black walls, but the furniture helps soften the feel.

This was my first time ever at this particular coffee shop, and I was so happy I found it when I…read moredid!! I was looking for something heavier than a pastry and found out they had breakfast sandwiches and their own bagels! Score!! To my surprise, they also had specialty drinks so I had to get the Blondie latte with a plant-based milk. I asked the lady if it was sweet and she said it came with a tablespoon of brown sugar. But they could switch it and make it a teaspoon instead. Perfect! As I got my latte it was amazing!! The espresso used in the latte was actually a mild roast coffee so I really liked the flavor of it roast and it was Organic!! Win-win!! Since I'm trying to avoid dairy at the moment, I asked if I could get the lox bagel sandwich without cream cheese and replace it with avocado. The lady at the register asked another barista behind her and she said it was fine! Perfect!! You also get to pick out what type of bagel you want, so I wanted to try something different and got the sun-dried tomato and basil or something like that! The sweet flavors of the herbs in the bagel and then the juiciness of the tomato baked into the bread once simply wonderfully with my breakfast sandwich!! There's a cute little waiting area inside with at least 10 tables or seats along the breakfast bar counter and a couple of tables. There's also a very large outdoor seating area, but I was cold so I wanted to sit inside to warm up my body since I was going to go to yoga on the beach. I had only planned on eating half the bagel sandwich but honestly, it was so good when it came out. I sat there for a good 20 minutes until I ate the whole thing!! Lol so funny!! I was so stuffed I had to walk an extra mile before I could start my yoga on the beach! As I sat enjoying my breakfast sandwich, I got to overhear the two barista's talk about music!! One of the baristas allowed her device to search new genres of music while the other barista specifically looked up different genres of music she liked and then would tell her device to find music of that era. So interesting to hear their discussion!! I honestly loved everything about this quaint little coffee shop, and I will definitely be back again and again!!
