When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! As soon as Rachel and her crew arrived (10mins early), we did a quick walk thru and they got right to it. They had their own supplies and were able to clean the whole house (3bed 2bath) in a timely manner. The whole house smelled so good when they were done & she even did the garage for us! After they were done, we did a final walk thru together and she pointed out everything that was done so I had no discrepancies in the future. Excuses such as it's hot out (yes I'm not kidding, one company said that), or they can't find any workers to commit to a day. Luckily, I contacted GS Cleaning Services, mind you this was around 1pm, requesting a last minute cleaning for the next day (Monday) because my original cleaner couldn't commit. Glorey definitely saved my day as I had my scheduled carpet cleaning the following day, that would eventually screw my time line and shift everything left. Without hesitation, she agreed to be there on Monday with her team. They did a great job and cleaned placed that i was concerned about.
