The vinaigrette that came with the salmon Crudo was delicious. If they sold it by the bottle, I would purchase it. Then we got the carrots with cardamom labneh and dukkah spices. The dish sound so simple but taking complex spices like cardamom and dukkah truly elevated the flavour of the carrot. The eggplant came with white bean and stracciatella dip with a side of sourdough. I wished sourdough was a bit more toasted however, the dish itself was very well executed. However, I was pretty disappointed at the sticky toffee pudding. Where is the toffee sauce? (Gordon Ramsey voice) The vanilla Chantilly cream was nice and light, the pistachios were also a great touch, however, the cake itself had too much flaky salt in it.
