The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

My family and I celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday at Seasons 52 earlier this evening, and it was truly an unforgettable experience - thanks to the extraordinary service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, setting the perfect tone for this special occasion. The team went above and beyond to make my daughter feel celebrated and cherished. Our server, Cassidy, was attentive and kind - providing all of us a complimentary champagne flute to toast my daughter's birthday. Between appetizers and our main dishes, the chef presented my daughter with a beautiful red rose. And at the end of our meal, Cassidy provided my daughter a complimentary dessert and kind birthday card - signed by the entire staff. Every little detail - from the pacing of the meal to the personalized attention - showed how much the staff cared about making our evening exceptional. Disappointed. After hearing great things about this restaurant. At the end of a day it's still just another chain. The concept is innovative. The ambiance is warm. The food presentation is pretty. The food is good. The service is meh. The price is hard to swallow when the restaurant does not deliver full circle. Sea bass slightly over done. Thank goodness for the glaze which was to-die-for. Braised beef short rib was fatty in areas and not as tender as expected. Had to use a knife to cut through. The cheddar grits were amazing. The chef's concept is not as well executed as it should be, perhaps too many hands on the product before it reaches the customer which is a heavy reminder that it is a chain restaurant. The prices seemed fair when reading the food description and didn't feel unreasonable until two things happened. First, the food didn't quite match up to expectations. The flavors were dynamic and could have overshadowed the meat's imperfections. However, the second thing was that the overall service was aloof and filled with attitude and THAT could not be overlooked. Great care was taken in creating the recipes, the menu descriptions, the setting and presentation of the food. Nicer service would have helped the circle be complete instead it tarnished the whole. Went here for our daughter's 22nd Birthday and from the beginning we were treated so special. They had a cute card ready for her, they gave us some champagne to toast her special day, the Manager came in he middle of dinner to check up on us and give her a yellow rose. Lastly she got to pick a complimentary dessert and they brought out a Birthday candle so she could make her wish. The restaurant was beautiful and we sat in the dining room but could see the bar and private areas. It was not loud at all and we could have a great conversation together. Our waitress was spectacular and she knew the menu and food inside out. My daughter is a pescatarian so there was so much for her to pick out in the menu but still had some things for my husband who is a meat and potatoes type of guy. We had a variety of foods and all reminds me of farm to table. The food was fresh and tasty and all under 600 calories. Unless you order extra food which we did because it looked so tasty. I continue to adore this place; it never disappoints. I brought a friend here for a birthday lunch, and they treated her like royalty. Our waiter greeted us promptly with a birthday card from the restaurant and a delightful offer: a small glass of Prosecco for each of us to toast the occasion. I ordered my favorite Maui Tuna Crunch Salad, which was just as delicious as I remembered, while the birthday girl opted for the Wood Grilled Steak Tacos. Although we had planned to take some leftovers home, everything was so delectable that there was nothing left to pack. To cap off our meal, our waiter surprised us with a complimentary birthday dessert from their selection, complete with a separate candle (a thoughtful touch!). All was great until the bartender burped out a slur. My wife and I sat at the bar. Good drinks, good food and talk about going back. But clearly we had imposed on the bartender's time when we declined dessert. She'd asked us if we wanted to see the dessert tray and we said sure why not. What we didn't know is that if you put her through the effort of bringing it out you better take a couple. After we said no thanks and wanted to pay out she slurred a nasty comment to her coworker that was rude and since it was loud we could only guess she wanted us to hear it. Superstar service. The staff was over the top with warmth and oh so excellent timing on when they brought dishes and cleared up. It was flawless. In the old days a manager would breeze by to make sure all was well. I had forgotten about that until tonight. Yes, the manager stopped by our table. It felt sincere, not an act. Just spreading happy. Cedar plank salmon was excellent. Tequila Sunrise, served up was To Die For. Our waiter Jacob was incredible. I don't need to go on about the food. Execution was on the dot. The couscous was crunchy and tasty done, but the raisins were an interesting and unexpected addition that didn't pair great with the salmon. Wheelchair accessibility: the door has resolving entrance with a side door that you can open; there is no button and the door is heavy. The staff were very accommodating with finding us a table that worked for our needs, and there are both individual and multi stall options for the bathroom; the individual is accessible even though it's not marked. The bathroom doors are am heavy and the locks are high and hard to reach from the chair. The sinks, soap, and paper towels were at a good height for a chair user to access. There is ample accessible parking right across the street in the mall parking lot. You do have to cross a street and a half to get there, but there are crosswalks.

It was very notable with pickled celery and generous amount of candied pecans. Next time, need to ask for light dressing. Fondue at $15. Not what I was use to but it is a thing to have a goat cheese and dip with vegies and fruites. Had a texture of humus served warm? Goat cheese is the main actor on this dish. Mussels and frits at $21 was definitely notable and worth repeating it. Lots of small mussels which I prefer and every one of them were open. It would habe been nice to have a bowl to put the discarded shells. I did use the small plate for shareable. Frits were delicious but I was using the bread from the fondue to soak up the juices. Delicious. Lots and lots of shallot and garlic. I thought had leeks but menu said shallots. Good was the judgement. Will be back to try the fried chicken!

The texture was thick chewy cheese that tasted mainly of mozzarella. The tiramisu was beyond delicious with layers of soaked lady fingers and mascarpone so lightly and well-put together, each bite I just melted into bliss. For the crème brûlée, it was really runny, the sugar didn't carmalize as much and overall there was just too much custard. So they had some dishes that were really wow and some that were just meh. Servers were excellent, host wasn't so friendly.
