While I did not buy the recommended shampoo and conditioner that goes with the treatment, Teri told me I could use other shampoo and conditioner as long as they do not have certain interactive ingredients so I made sure to do that. Keep in mind, I have gotten this treatment four times in the past and used that same shampoo and conditioner and been completely fine and had it last for months. I tried to reach out to come to a resolution and I felt dismissed and talked down to by Teri. Very disappointing experience both with my hair and with the customer service.

If you aren't picky about who does your hair then it's not hard to snag a last minute appointment. They also stay open extra late on Thursday nights which is convenient. The studio is sleek and modern and they did a really good job with the space. Overall, it's a great local salon.

I happen to have been there the day she had her hair done and it was simply gorgeous! He spent many hours on getting her cut and color perfect! Maybe she is a scam artist and does this frequently so she can try to get her money back from people I don't know? Either way it is not fair to be dishonest and lie about such things. My experience at Madison West was nothing but warm and inviting! I have difficult hair and Jeffrey has no problem cutting it perfectly and he does a fabulous job with color!
