Tap / Draft not working. Bottle beer is cool (not cold). Wings were awful. Service is disengaged. Basically, to sum it up. One word. Yuck.

Sam the bartender is great. His service is attentive and he is so pleasant. The food quality is great- I had tilapia and it was fresh and seasoned well. The veggies and side of rice were also delicious. I will be back and be sure to stay at the hotel again when in the area due to the quality of the on-site restaurant.

Seasonz is a bar and restaurant located inside the Doubletree Somerset hotel - on the main level. I had dinner here the first night, and breakfast the next morning. For dinner, I had their nachos with pulled pork. The nachos are served with sides of sour cream and something that is supposed to be guacamole. It was more like highly processed avocado paste - than guacamole. Whatever it was, it was not very good. In contrast, most of the rest of the nachos were pretty tasty - the pork was very tender. I also had a beer with dinner - the only craft beer on the menu - a local English IPA - and not very good. In this day and age - with so many really good local craft breweries around - that hotels like this provide such limited craft beer options. For breakfast, they have a breakfast buffet. I'm not sure if they even had a breakfast menu - as one was not offered to me - I was pointed to the buffet. Standard low end buffet - lots of carbs (cereals, breads, muffins, oatmeal), plus scrambled eggs, some very unappetizing looking shredded potatoes, bacon, and sausage. I also ordered a glass of V8 juice, was told they did not have any, but they did have tomato juice. I ordered a glass of that - plus coffee and water. The tomato juice had a very odd flavor. Strange enough that I did not finish it. The coffee was good. The eggs were rather flavorless - needed some seasoning. The bacon was overcooked and crumbling apart. The best thing on the buffet was the sausage. #Seasonz

I've been coming here for over 8 years, and I don't know why I haven't reviewed it sooner! The food is always fresh, never dry, and ready on time. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot on, and the staff always make you feel welcome. Before you leave, do yourself a favor and grab a Mango Lassi and a piece of baklava for dessert. it's absolutely worth it. Consistently great food and service every single time!

I had the mixed lamb and chicken with rice, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The garnish of carrots and raisins on the rice added just the right touch of sweetness and texture--such a beautiful balance of flavor. I also grabbed a side of their kofta kebab, which was tender, rich, and full of bold spices, and paired it all with a refreshing mango lassi that was smooth, creamy, and the perfect way to round out the meal. Every bite was delicious, and the service was just as impressive as the food. If you're looking for a spot that delivers authentic flavor, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere, Kebab Paradise is it.

Besides the classics fried seafood and hot dogs, they're also doing chicken wings, cheesesteaks, pastrami sandwiches, even a half-chicken with fries. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The foot-long delivers and the regular dogs are fine, if not a little salty. The chicken wings are great, but I always get them naked and then dip in sweet chili, sriracha,Nashville hot, bbq, or another half-dozen sauces. I had the half chicken there and enjoyed it. My mother was happy to find a place still doing fish and chips around here, and we got it several times. The fries are crinkle cut, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and kind of addictive. The whitefish fried filet is not bad, but the fried shrimp steal the show. Those are crunchy and also a bit addictive. Hard to eat just a few. I would go back there just for the fried shrimp. The hush puppies are the lowest point: too dense and dry. They also do burgers there but I haven't tried those yet. Overall, good experience there, the chicken dishes are the standouts.
