I spoke to her letting her know about my food allergies. I asked her about the bread ingredients and she so sweet and very patient. I grabbed a coffee, bottles of water and soda / pop. She knew I was at the local hotel, she asked if I was going to walk back and I said yes. She said no you are not. I have to go get gas, I'll take you. I said no, not to worry. I grabbed the heavy bag and remembered the heat. I said, I'll pay you. She wasn't having it. She drove me back to the hotel. I learned that she is the owner! They also have a separate café and pastry counter if you're just stopping in and want something quicker instead of sitting down. On our most recent visit, I had the Dubai chocolate pistachio crêpe, and it was really delicious, not too sweet or too rich. And I also had the strawberry Matcha, which I enjoyed.
