When you arrive at SeaTac Park someone greets you with a smile at the gate and scans your QR code on your phone. She offered us bottled water and pointed us in the right direction. A shuttle was waiting for us next to my car and the driver loaded up my bags. The airport is less than 5 mins away. Don't forget to tip your driver when you get to the airport drop off. Great experience for departure and arrival pick up and drop off. I already pre booked my spot for my next trip. read more

This company is much easier than SeaTac or other parking for me. The SeaTac Park people are very friendly and eager to help. It costs less, they took less than 10 minutes to come get me each time I was at the SeaTac Island area with my bags and ready to get to my car and head home. This most recent time the STP shuttle brought me to my car, I saw my tire had gone nearly flat after sitting there for over 2 weeks. The guy at the check-out area -- said he could help and then he got a tire compression equipment piece and put air in that tire as well as another he said was low. He showed me the wear on the tire and recommended I see about new tires as well. NO CHARGE for the help! They are just good people, helping others ad making an honest living, and that means a lot to me! read more

Dropping off my car went smoothly. However, on my return, the shuttle driver forgot to call in my tag, so we had to drive around for a while until they located my car. The worst part was listening to the shuttle driver spout nonsense about how humans have 7 sets of teeth and are meant to live for 1,000 years. He kept mentioning some prophet and spelled his name for me a couple of times so I could look him up. Why do I always get the weirdos? I don't plan to return. Instead I will use Doug Fox parking, even if it costs a bit more. read more

I've parked my van at SeaTac Park, using the MoPass, for 15 months, while I've been teaching in the remote Aleutian Islands of Alaska. I pay almost $300 for the advertised secure lot. Previously, the staff have been friendly and it was a worthwhile expense to be able to fly back into Seattle and be able to get home to San Juan Island. HOWEVER, in late April, I received an email that my van had been seriously damaged. The driver of the shuttle bus had not left it in park and it had crashed into five vehicles, including mine. The lot accepted full liability, but their insurance company has been a nightmare! It requires four planes (two of them bush planes) for me to get home, so my van is still there until school is over in late May. SeaTac Park's insurance adjuster (Natasha Aching with SGD in LA and her contracted WA adjuster Beau Wessel with McClaren in WA) hired yet another company, Geico, to appraise damages at $12,600. I can't find a single body shop to accept the work. So, Natasha has decided to bully me because I won't sign a release for my van I haven't even seen. So, she has now cancelled my rental car she had previously PROMISED for when I return on May 25th. So, I now have a severely damaged vehicle, in undriveable condition, and no transportation when I get back home. Therefore, you may want to reconsider parking at this lot. If something happens at the lot, at the fault of the lot, you won't be made whole. I'm a public school teacher and can't afford this huge financial hit. Even though they're nice at SeaTac Park, they're not making their insurance company provide me transportation. Be forewarned. read more

I've always parked at this lot when I've needed to get to SeaTac. The employees are always so kind and offer you water when you leave. Reservations are easy online and you can get points to save and use to get free parking in the future. Check in is easy, all you have to do is scan your reservation code. They direct you where to park, you find any open spot, and the shuttle comes right to your car to get you. They give you a ticket with your parking number and advise you to take a picture of it in case you lose it. Upon return, you call or text to let them know which pick up island you're at and it usually only takes 5 minutes for them to come and get you. You hand your ticket to the driver and you get dropped off right at your car! read more

After I parked my vehicle, I was picked up swiftly with the shuttle that they provide & dropped off at the airport. The location was very convenient for me at the very last minute. My wife and I spent Christmas week with family and parked at SeaTac Park for the trip. Reserving space was easy, and the prepaid cost was about $25 a day. Great deal! We parked and the shuttle to take us to the airport was there as we got out of the car. We were in a bit of a rush and apparently accidentally lowered the driver's side back window. Not a great idea in rainy Seattle! We didn't realize this had happened and were shocked to find the window covered by a tarp and tape when the return shuttle dropped us at the car. We initially thought the window had been smashed out and panicked a little. Instead, that's when we discovered we had left the window partially down and that SeaTac Park staff had taped the plastic to keep rain out of our vehicle! That's an insanely high level of service, as it would have been entirely our fault had the interior gotten soaked. We like SeaTac Park because the shuttle drivers are awesome and this trip was no exception. Having our car protected from water damage when that is clearly not their responsibility, though, put it over the top. Definitely consider parking your buggy at SeaTac Park. Would park here again! Lot is self-park and so we didn't have to give anyone our car key. We parked and a shuttle drove to our parking spot within a few minutes. We were given a slip of paper with our parking slot number. Hang onto this - the return shuttle asked for the slip. The shuttle dropped us off on the third floor of the parking garage that connects to the airport terminal. After returning from our flight, we called the phone number that was posted in the shuttle. We were instructed to go to about the same spot we were dropped off (parking garage floor 3, island 1). We caught a shuttle that happened to have a couple passengers on it already, and the driver kindly pulled back over to the curb to allow us to board. We picked up one more passenger and then headed to the lot. We were dropped off in front of our car. On the way out, we were asked if we wanted to join their membership for free. We said yes and were given a plastic card with a bar code which they said include one day of parking for free, for future use (yay!). We were also offered bottles of water while we were waiting for our membership to get set up, which only took a minute. read more

I have had zero problems with this place and I go on a lot of trips. Make a reservation online and you can save a lot on your parking if you prepay and have an account. In fact I think you can't drop in and it's all by reservation because this place fills up like crazy. When you drive in you scan your QC code and pick a space. Stand outside your car with your luggage and the shuttle driver will pick you up and give you a slip with a piece of paper to help find your car when you get back. (Do NOT lose this paper for your own sake. After being trapped in that Denver cyclone bomb after my Cancun vacation, I hadn't seen my car for two weeks and I would have never found it without that slip.) Get on the shuttle and within minutes you're at the airport. When you return, meet them out side of departures where the shuttles stop with your slip ready. They drop you off at your car, you use your QC code and pay any overage if your trip took longer than you expected. The guy at the window will probably offer you a bottle of water for you and your passengers, which is nice. This is my favorite spot to park my car for Seatac because it's just efficient with no drama. read more

We usually take an Uber to the airport but decided to give SeaTac Park a shot after booking flights that would require us to travel south to the airport during rush hour. If you live in the Seattle metro area you know how terrible southbound traffic is at rush hour and I figured an Uber would cost a fortune at that time. SeaTac Park was quick to respond to a question I asked and very professional. I decided to book for 6 days. If you book "early bird", which I think is at least 14 days in advance, they offer a discount online. This was a significant savings and made it much cheaper than our usually Uber trip. The company offered nice touches like meeting you at your car, taking care of your luggage, and offering a water when you leave the lot. It was really nice being able to take care of last minute stops before heading to the airport and even better to have our car right after our flight home so we could swing by to pick up our pup! The cost effectiveness to use SeaTac Park may depend on where you live, the time of your flights, your personal needs and how many days you will be gone. For this particular trip it made a lot of sense for us and the service was fantastic. read more

I was very impressed with the online self serve tool, customer service on site, the drivers, and the cleanliness of the shuttle bus. I purchased my reservation online and promptly received a confirmation (which I did have to find in my junk mail). On the day of, I handed my QR code and promptly found a spot. Before you blink, the shuttle was already behind us ready to bring us to the airport. When I got back to the airport, I texted the phone number. Fantastic service! I just relocated to WA for work and am not familiar with the area. SeaTac park was very easy to find. There was someone at the gate to help me find my code to get in and was directed by another to where I should park my car. I thought I was going to have to walk back to the front to board the shuttle; however, the shuttle met me at my car as I was getting my luggage out!. Same thing when I returned from my flight - they drove me to my car. I was greeted with a smile by every employee, thanked for my patronage when I left, and was even offered a bottle of water since it was hot that day. I left a bag on their van that had A LOT of valuable items in it... (cash, jewelry, and wallet) I didn't realize I left it until I got home which was over 2 hours away. I called and right away they said they had my bag I forgot.. when I got back to SeaTac they had my bag and EVERYTHING was in it!!! Great service with a smile! For the first time, my husband and I decided to use a park and shuttle service to fly out of SeaTac. The people at SeaTac Park were great: Friendly, efficient, with an attitude of excellence. We made our reservation online, and when we drove down a few days later, we were greeted by a friendly employee. She checked our reservation, someone else took our luggage from our car to the shuttle while another checked our car with us. We left 2 minutes later for the airport and got there in less than 10 minutes. On the way back, we went to the pickup point, and again, the friendly driver picked up our bags and called in to the lot so that our car was waiting for us when we got there, less than 10 minutes later. When the cashier checked us out (we'd prepaid, so all he did was verify my identity), he even offered us water bottles. These guys and gals are great. I have never parked long term at the airport, and I am very happy with Yelp's recommendation for SeaTac Park! I drove in very early in the AM, found parking easily and got a 40% discount for prepaying ahead of time. The shuttle picked us up at our spot right away and gave us a receipt with our parking space written on it, which I appreciated. We were gone for about 17 days, so the reminder was very helpful. When we got back to town, we called the office to request a shuttle pick-up. We only had to wait about 5 minutes, which was just fine. Our driver was very nice and helped us with our bags. I handed him the receipt and he took us right to our car. On the way out, the guys at the front office asked if I was a rewards member. I wasn't, but they signed me up and I had already earned a free day of parking, whoo! They also gave us a couple of water bottles as it was hot, even at 11pm. My car was untouched (minus a big bird poop spot on the window, but that's my bad for parking under the light pole). I felt the area was a bit on the sketchy side, but they have tall fencing all around the parking lot and a gate attendant on site 24 hours a day. There were no problems at all, and I would be happy to return next time I need to fly somewhere! read more

The driver carries our bag, writes the parking space number on a pad, reminds me to take a photo of the paper in case I lose it. Driver asks if I have the key, car is locked, picks up a few other customers and 7 minute drive to the airport. I got to park my car and hop onto the shuttle on the way out (I personally prefer self-parking); on the way back, the waiting time was 5 minutes before I got on the shuttle.
