I unfortunately and unknowingly purchased my tickets via Secure Box Office via a web link back in January of 2022. Secure Box Office refuses to refund me for my purchase and instead is offering me a credit with an expiration date. I do not want a credit I want a refund, but they claim that their terms and agreements state that if an event is cancelled, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law. If not, you will be given compensation. They are claiming the credit being issued as compensation. What is the applicable law entitling me to my refund? I decided to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges for services not rendered. I purchased the ticket in January and the event was cancelled the week of in July so my credit card company, Discover, told me it was too old of a transaction for them to do anything other than contact the vendor. Secure Box Office sent them the receipt of purchase. I was not denying the purchase, but instead wanting a refund for an event that was cancelled. Worse off whoever originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster not only got paid for my purchase through Secure Box Office, but also got their money refunded to them for the cancelation too. Never doing business with Secure Box Office! It's best to verify that any link you click on is taking you to Ticketmaster

They kept telling me it could be up until an hr before the concert that I would receive my tickets. So I drove the 2 hrs and was sitting in the parking lot of the venue still waiting for my tickets. Turns out they could never reach the seller!! So no concert for me as it was sold out. I think the seller resold the tickets for more money because he could get it. Now in all fairness, the support people were helpful and I received a refund. But this is a bad business model because the resellers tickets aren't frozen when you buy through them, so no guarantee you are going to get to go to the concert. Do not buy from this outlet, they seem like ticket master but are not.

They've got a college sweatshirt that says BIG TUNA, plushies of Prison Mike, and keychains made to look like keys to the three rooms and Dwight's B&B. The cool thing about the fillmore is that it's general admission, so the tickets won't cost you an arm... and they have amazing, wheelchair accessible balcony seats upstairs.
