If you need to replace any of the parts, keep in mind that there are additional costs to order and install the parts (as expected), so you need to consider the value of repairing the machine as opposed to buying something new. Since my machine ended up being old, the cost of repair wasn't worth it. It was however, a benefit for the peace of mind that nothing else could be worked on so I didn't have to waste any further time. Overall, I do recommend Richard for his services.

Since I was on my way to Costco anyhow and I'd passed by this place a few dozen times I figured I'd stop in and check it out since I'm always on the lookout for a good hobbyist computer stores. Anyhow, the store was clean, the selection of equipment was decent enough. However the shopkeeper followed me around the store, I'm not sure if he was trying to be available for questions or watching me because he suspected I might be a thief. Given the shop's location on Aurora I can't really blame him for being careful, but it was a bit unnerving. Also, I was browsing the processors on display, I asked how much for this one particular processor to which I received a resounding "NO! It's not for sale!!" he further explained "I use those processors for resale systems" OK, fine, then don't have them on display. I was able to get the exact replacement for my case fan though, and it was a decent price. Despite the bristly service it's not a bad place to go. I don't think I'd go out of my way to get there though.
