Eventhough I told the Dr I needed extra novacaine, he didn't listen. He was so rough with the 2nd injection he caused me to scream with pain. I've been to plenty of specialist, so I know how rough he was. I had to argue with person responsible for insurance claim because he insisted insurance wouldn't cover any of procedure. They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people​​

I was also given an incorrect pricing estimate based on an insurance plan that was already termed 9 months ago. After I sent my updated insurance info, two weeks passed with no follow‑up or revised pricing. This was really stressful since my insurance expires in eight days. When I raised the concerns, I got a "We're human and we make mistakes" response. Yes I understand that mistakes happen, but with SO MANY errors, delays, and poor communication, it's hard to feel like there's real ownership or attention to detail. I won't recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I was surprised to receive a bill for nearly $500 after being told by the front desk that the service would be covered by my insurance. The billing process ended up being frustrating and unclear, and I was not able to get the level of documentation or clarity I was hoping for. I would strongly recommend confirming all costs in writing ahead of time and keeping detailed records of communication to avoid unexpected issues. I would absolutely never recommend this place. I saw Dr. Neal at his Northgate office for an extraction and implant for a single molar…read more The day of my extraction I was prepped and then left waiting for almost 45 minutes while he was (as his assistant told me) cleaning up a shattered tooth on the patient before me. When Dr. Neil finally arrived he was agitated, rough, and clumsy, even dropping a piece of equipment into my mouth and barking "don't swallow that!" After the procedure he disappeared quickly without comment, leaving the assistant to apologize and offer care advice. On my return check up Dr. Neil kept me waiting for 30 minutes and was again visibly agitated. He had trouble removing the cap on my implant and for the second time dropped a tool in my mouth. By the time he'd finished my lip was bleeding and I had a bruise on my cheek. He left without offering reassurance or apology. Two weeks have passed and my jaw is still aching from this encounter. Honestly, I was a bit stunned; Craig Neal's rough manner, lack of social skills, and clumsy handling of tools was surprising considering the extravagant cost of the procedure.

Dr. Kelly expertly extracted two of my monstrously large and impacted wisdom teeth two years ago. After, she and her team ensured all the proper follow-up care: free office checkup visits at a few weeks' interval apart, free supplies to help flush and clean the surgical site, and best of all, being available to answer any and all questions I had. For instance, the day after surgical I accidentally popped a suture and Dr. Kelly herself answered the emergency weekend phone line and gave me advice and reassurance. I got two other opinions from other oral surgeons, and that wasnt the case at all. I got my wisdom teeth removed easily with numbing shots, she gave incredibly irresponsible advice. Be aware of the pressure to be worked on while asleep. Also, the medical assistant is weirdly hostile too, wouldn't want to add that behavior/professionalism while in the vulnerable state of getting surgery.

My fear is the sounds of drills and pressure on my teeth. I do not like that AT ALL and feel like nauseous just thinking about it. Anyway, I just got my upper wisdom teeth extracted by Doctor Gray + a broken molar, so 3 total. Before I knew it, he told me one wisdom tooth and the broken tooth were out. I started to laugh when he told me because I thought he was still giving me injections and wasn't pulling them out yet. God, I love anasthesia!! The last wisdom teeth did cause a bit of pain, so he injected me again after the asked if I was in pain and I said yes. This one felt more difficult because I can feel the tugging/pressure and felt like my ear popped because of how crunchy that sound was. Scared the crap out of me! But all in all, once we were done (20 minutes or less honestly) it was quite a breeze and I'm actually laughing at myself now for being so nervous all last night and this morning. Thank you so much, Doctor Gray. You are amazing and fast! I appreciate your patience with me on that last wisdom tooth.
