I met with Dr. Kim, and she gave me advice on proper tongue hygiene, as well as checking my face and neck muscles (which I haven't experienced from prior dentists I've visited). Overall, I felt well taken care of, and she was provided answers to the numerous questions I had about my teeth + gum health. Jack, the front office receptionist, is kind as well, and I appreciated how quickly he answered my phone call when I called to set up an appointment. There's a reason I drive all the way to Downtown Seattle for them. I've tried several throughout and finally got a solid dental place thanks to all the positive reviews on google and Yelp. They aren't lying. Service from everyone at the front desk to the Dentist were friendly, caring and on point. Billing and appointment scheduling were efficient and transparent. I also never have to wait long after I check in. I had a regular check up, deep cleaning done and a crown done here --and it was a world of a difference compared to the other crown I had experienced at several other dental places I went to. The fit was perfect and the care and skill they put into it really showed. I sent my husband there after being quoted over 3k for a procedure for his teeth from his other dental place to get a second opinion. Good thing I did because they said that wasn't even necessary and was able to fix it with a diff option. It definitely saved us, and my husband's experience was also positive. He now understands why I drive all the way there for them lol! LOCATION: The Medical building is right across from pacific place mall. They reimburse parking if you park in pacific place. So I usually exit Seneca (I come from the South King County) from i5, take a right on 6th ave and after going straight, Pacific Place parking garage will be on the right and the medical building on my left. There is parking right under their actual medical building, but it is only valet and they don't reimburse for that. It is however very convenient since the escalator from parking can just take you directly to the 11th floor where their clinic is at. After taking my fiancé, who is Chinese and very leery of dentists, to five previous dental offices over several years, who were all horrible in one way or another, we finally found Downtown Seattle Dentists, which is in her insurance network and has a highly competent staff with the latest technology. Dr Savauge, a man who seems to have been born to be a dentist whose apparently descended from a long line of dentists, passed the test with flying colors since she is ultrasensitive and absolutely hates going to the dentist, but he was the first to be gentle enough to not scare her from coming back. We are so glad to have finally found a decent dental office that is warm, professional, and very gentle while still being within her insurance network. They are definitely a win-win. read more

My regular dentist is closed Friday-Sunday and I had a dental emergency on a Friday. First they got me in, took a look at the tooth, sent me to the endodontist (walking distance) to confirm it was a problem (cracked), and I planned to go to my regular dentist on Monday if I could wait that long. Turns out I couldn't, and I called again Saturday. They didn't have a dentist there that day who could do the more complex extraction that I needed, but the receptionist (I'm sorry I'm garbage at names, but she did a truly wonderful job) called and got me into the Capitol Hill office as an emergency appointment. Now as of Monday, infection is gone, fever is down, and I'm already feeling better despite the general misery that is a tooth extraction. I've been to Downtown Seattle Dentist since 2022 for my annual examine and cleaning. Dr. Wilson has been great taking care of the health of my teeth and very patient with all of my questions. Dr. Wilson had performed deep cleaning and the experience was really great - the doctor made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session and done a great job taking care of all the build ups around my gum. However I'm very disappointed with the receptionist - today I had a phone conversation with Candice, and it was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional interactions I have ever experienced. From the start, the receptionist was aggressive and condescending. Candice constantly interrupted me, not allowing me to fully explain my issue or ask my questions. When I tried to speak, they would cut me off mid-sentence and dismissing my concerns. Their tone was confrontational and hostile, making me feel uneasy and disrespected. Despite my attempts to remain calm and polite, Candice continued to be aggressive and dismissive. They seemed more interested in billing me without my confirmation than in listening to my concerns and providing helpful solutions. At one point, Candice even hung up on me, leaving me feeling shocked and frustrated. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when seeking treatment from the doctor. The receptionist's behavior fell far short of these expectations, and I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I received. I hope that Downtown Seattle Dentist takes my complaint seriously and takes immediate action to address the receptionist's behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and damages the reputation of this dentist. Recently started coming here and the staff is extremely friendly. The office is pretty cozy, and I never felt uncomfortable with them. Dr. Lopez is an extremely cool dude and worked a root canal on me. So far it's been good, and I was definitely happy when another dentist passed by to look at the result and said it was "beautiful." Overall my experience with them has exceeded my expectations of the dentist. Marni at the front desk is always on top of things, easy to reach, and accommodating. I have my general dental care done at Downtown Seattle Dentists with Dr. Paul Sauvage. I could not be happier with the work done and the care I received. From start to finish, the front office administrators help to get one in quickly, explain costs and are friendly to boot. During one of my visits, Dr. Sauvage performed a root canal on a canine tooth, as well as fitting a well-matched crown thereafter. My most pleasant dental experience to date. Everyone including Megan at the front desk, Jess the hygienist, Dr. Dellisanti the dentist, were all phenomenal and super friendly. I had a teeth cleaning today and it was as comfortable as I could have ever hoped for. For someone who has had a long history of uncomfortable teeth cleanings, this was a huge breath of fresh air. At the end of my visit, I scheduled for some additional visits and received a detailed schedule with a breakdown of what work would be performed on which dates as well as the exact prices and the specific amount that my insurance covered. I started going to Downtown Seattle Dentist back when Dale Reite started practicing, back in the 1980s. He was the best ever dentist in Seattle. Tuesday November 2nd I went in to get my teeth cleaning. Right away Sean started having me take all of these Xrays etc. Then I got my teeth cleaned. When I was leaving the secretary said to me. "Carol I don't know how much all of this is going to cost you.:: What the holy HELL.?? I am 75 years old, I just came in to get my teeth cleaned. I am on social security and do not have a whole lot of money. I did not ask anyone to take ex rays of my freaking teeth and Sean never said anything about the fact this was going to cost meany money. My appointment was to get my teeth cleaned nothing else and nothing more. Now I'm worried about having to come up with money for a service never asked for. I am likely going to have to try to find a job now to pay for the Xrays I did not ask for. I plan on filing a complaint with the dental board and I will notify my insurance company as well, I can only hope and pray my insurance will cover the exrays . Sean had mentioned me moved here from Colorado. If they are allowed to do things like this in Colorado without informing about cost ivolved we are in a world of hurt. Carol Boddy read more

Moving to a new city can be difficult as all your previous trusted professionals must be discovered and replaced by new ones. I found this group of friendly professionals through Yelp. I requested a cleaning/check-up with Dr. Dellisanti through recommendations of yelp and couldn't have been happier. I had Anna as my hygienist, who was super gentle with my cleaning and informed me of what was happening each step of the way. She made sure I was okay throughout the procedure and made the whole process go by quickly. I also loved chatting with her overall, she was so sweet! Unfortunately, I had developed some cavities and had to get some fillings with Dr. Dellisanti. Dr. Dellisanti had a last minute cancellations so the staff was able to fit me in for fillings the very next day. I was nervous (as usual) for the procedure, but Dr. D and her assistant (Marin sp?, who was equally as sweet and friendly/chatty) completed 4 fillings in record time - just under an hour after the local anesthesia kicked in, and were very friendly/entertaining the entire time. I was delighted at how quickly the procedure went. Check in/check out was also a breeze; the ladies at the front desk are efficient with working your insurance, and ensuring you're aware of your upcoming appointments. I literally no joke stalked my dental hygienist Shawn Anderson once I went to my previous dentist (which went downhill booooo) and they didn't even tell me he was gone! I had been going there for like 7 years or something and seeing STRICTLY him! I'm glad he didn't find me a creep and others actually did the same because he is actually THAT good of a hygienist, but also just a great person in general. I didn't even care if my insurance covered it, i didn't want to go through the anxiety of meeting and possibly disliking another dentist etc etc. Please, if you want a lifelong relationships with your dental hygienist (which you should def do! and i trust his judgement, so i trust the dentists there) PLEASE see him! At his previous practice someone mentioned he is the Mr. Rogers of dentistry and i 100000% agree. If you have kids, or just need a smile on your face, please at least check this place out and get a cleaning with Shawn Anderson! You won't regret it! Been a patient here several years, and every visit has been great. I've been attended by both, Dr. Dellisanti and Dr. Sauvage, and have only good things to say. The dental hygienists & dental assistants have also been amazing! They make you feel welcome, and listen to your issues. One time, I mentioned that I had a sensitive area on a molar; and that was noted in the chart. The next visit I had, they remembered and ensured they did cleaned that area in a delicate fashion; wow! The entire office, from the time you walk into reception to the time you leave, is very well organized and friendly. The front desk staff is great, and I believe (forgive the misspelling) Marne is just such a competent lady and exceedingly good at what she does. The only downside of this, is that I didn't go to them sooner! I was always disappointed with some dentists and dreaded it; but now, I do not. I look forward to it because of the whole awesome experience. I recommend them to ANYONE that will listen. Even if I lived in Oregon; I'd still drive to Seattle for them; no joke. read more

My Dentist recently retired. I needed a recommendation. I went to my Orthodontist. With no hesitation, she recommended Downtown Seattle Dentists in the Medical Dental Bldg on Olive Way. I was beyond impressed. I was assigned to James, the Dental Hygienis. He had a very soft touch! He was thorough, explained options and wasn't in a hurry! The Dentist was kind, not in a hurry (very important to me), and answered all of my questions. My recommendation is to take the time to visit the office and meet the staff. My boyfriend and I have each completed a cleaning with Downtown Seattle Dentists, and I've revisited for additional dental work--Dr. Dellisanti personally called me the afternoon following my procedure to see how I was feeling and if my bite felt 'normal' now that the numbness had worn off (amazing and thorough service). The people who manage the front-desk and scheduling are so on top of things--professional but warm, and extremely efficient. They quickly followup with insurance providers to get exact pricing and coverage plans, helping people to decide and prioritize upcoming dental-work. Separate from the in-person service and attention to detail, I like that they don't push you for extra procedures--just what you need and what will act as preventative care. First of all, I HATE going to the dentist! I DREAD every second of it, but Downtown Seattle Dentist made it a lot less painful. Making my appointments, calls to the office to ask questions, getting text messages to remind me of my appointment (I am so forgetful!), getting a breakdown of all fees and charges, checking my insurance. Administratively, you guys were amazing, helpful, and so, so sweet the entire process. My cleaning: My hygienist was great and light-hearted even though our suction machine was problematic and we eventually had to move to another room, she was apologetic for the malfunctions even though equipment malfunction was no one's fault. I think I got apologies from 3 people (my hygienist, my dentist (Dr Dellisanti), and I believe the other Dentist). Finally Dr Dellisanti came in to look in my mouth, and told me I had to come back for a filling. My heart dropped. Panic mode! I am such a wimp when it comes to pain and needles! Dr Dellisanti asked me many questions to find out my previous experiences with dentists to try to understand why I am so scared of the dentist. She offered me options to help ease my nerves for the big day. It's not that I haven't has laughing gas before, and it's not as if I haven't had oral medication before to calm my nerves before a filling, but Dr Dellisanti and her staff made me fill like it's okay to have these fears and they made me feel as though I was in good hands and as if I had an entire army behind me to ease my mind and I don't think I've ever felt that way knowing that I had to make an appointment for a filling. I called 2 days later to make my appt, and they called the RX into my pharmacy. I told them I was going to Uber in and Kris said to make sure I call when I'm a few blocks away so someone could come down and walk me upstairs from the Uber. I thought this was very accommodating of them to consider us city Ubering folk. I picked up the RX the same day as my appt and took it an hr before my appt. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted and was asked how I was feeling. I also love how I never have to wait to be brought back to the room. I was very relaxed for the appt and although I still felt the pain of all 3 needles and I hyperventilated just a little, I have never felt in such good hands. They made sure I was fully numb before they started (Trust me, I've had dentists start without fully numbing me. Not only was I Super Anxious, but tears were just streaming down my face, thinking that if I said "no" when they ask me if I'm okay, that would be frowned upon). The appt was done before I knew it and I was on my way home to sleep it off. When I woke up later that night, I saw a missed call from a number I didn't recognize and a message. Dr Dellisanti had called to see if I was doing okay and said to call if I needed anything that evening. I was having a lot of pain when I woke up. Luckily I had left-over expired Vicodin which I took anyways to ease the pain a bit. All in all, I cannot believe how many dentists I've had to endure through-out my life before I found Dr Dellisanti. I could not be happier with my choice and I applaud them for having such great patient-supportive staff! read more

I have been there twice and both times Dr. Anderson was perfect. When I say perfect it means 10/10. Well, I have changed 4 different dentists in 3 years since I moved to US. Every single time I felt like I'm getting wrong advices (i.e. to pull a fixable tooth!) or entering a business office and not a health office. Downtown Seattle Dentists made feel comfortable, didn't try to sell useless products and charge me for unnecessary things, They listened to my needs, they didn't try to push me to something that I don't like or I feel its wrong for me. On top of that when I went there I had a 2 weeks old unnatural shaped wrong color crown with a damaged gum caused by my prior dentist! Guess what? Dr. Anderson made a perfect crown for me and my gum is fixed already because of the right solution. He is very trustworthy, quick, confident, accurate and very professional. He will be my lifetime dentist. Also I have to say that these guys are really polite people which is a big plus for me. I just referred them my girl friend who had a terrible experience with her clinic in Bellevue. If you guys want to have an amazing experience, you should go and visit this place. read more

I was paired with Dr. Sauvage via my new insurance. I'm so glad that I was! He has helped me so much! My teeth have needed a lotta work since coming to Dr. Sauvage and he has worked hard to make things work for me. He communicated with my insurance such that I could ultimately afford the care I needed. Saved me a great deal of money! He clearly cares for his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner, not to mention quality crowns and bridges. Also, the hygienist, assistants and office staff are all a delight to work with. Together they make going to the dentist not as scary as it might have been. Boring stuff: 1.The office is extremely bright, clean, and welcoming. 2.Appointment setting is easy and they are very accommodating of my tough scheduling. 3. The billing is transparent and easy to follow and the ladies in the office are incredibly pleasant. It's everything you could ever need from your dentist and more and is 5 stars based on that alone. Then you go and throw Dr. Dellisanti into the mix and suddenly yelp doesn't have enough stars. She's professional, friendly, and gives you an overall sense of ease during procedures that I for one am incredibly thankful for. As I'm writing this review the word that comes to mind is "safe"! It's always hard for me to find a dental office I trust (in the past, I've had my jaw put out of place, told to suck it up when the anesthetic wore off in the middle of a procedure, among other things) but I have no fear going here. I lost a filling and wanted to be proactive, I went knowing I could possibly not afford a new filling as being a student and assisting my kiddos with college tuition fee's. They made me feel so comfortable. I was embarrassed by my situation but both Dr. D and her amazing amazing assistant didn't blink and eye and judge when I asked if it could wait a few weeks. Start to finish, front to back and back to the front to make an appointment I was treated with only kindness and understanding. Dr. Paul Sauvage is great as is his dental assistant, Gerard! Dr. Sauvage put in seven crowns on my front lower teeth a year-and-a-half ago all in one afternoon! They look great! And this past month, he replaced my eight porcelain veneers on the top with eight crowns and I just got the permanent crowns put in this morning and I'm very happy with the results.
