Coming here has taught me many things. Namely that ever other massage I've had in my life has been mediocre at best. I have had three different massage therapists and all of them have been excellent. I had a session with Tara today and she was very intentional in making the experience 'perfect'. Which is how I got introduced to cupping, and now it feels like I have new legs. Excellent safety protocols at this place; masks are worn the entire time by everyone. Amber greeted me at the door (I had an appointment with Kieran who I met soon after). Very clean and peaceful, they even gave me a quick tour of the infrared sauna which I'm interested in trying out in the future. Had some peppermint tea as well! I had a 90 minute relaxation massage with Kieran and wow, relaxation was achieved! I definitely was so relaxed i fell asleep and caught myself snoring a couple of times (LOL). I felt a bit embarrassed but both Kieran and Amber assured me it was okay and it's a compliment to the massage therapist knowing they are doing their job in helping their customers feel relaxed :) Getting a massage has been long overdue and I'm so glad I found this place!I can't wait to come back! read more

Came here 1/18/21 for a 90 minute relaxation massage (lord knows I needed it). Best 90 min of my life. Never wanted it to end. Would come every week if I had the money! Terrible experience. Booked a massage with a credit card deposit. Waited a week for the appointment and received multiple confirmations texts. Get a call 1 minute before the massage saying the therapist was never available and they spent all week calling customers telling them so. After 60 mins on the table I have zero pain relief and don't feel like the massage had any value. Seattle Massage Pro does not disappoint. Let's start with great COVID protocols. They send you a prescreening prior to your Appt and take your temperature upon entry. Amber wears a mask and face shield and you were your mask the whole time. Their new location in the Madison Valley is great! I have been coming to Amber prior to her opening this location. I always get a great massage. She has the ability to find any place of tension and work it out immediately. The spa is clean and a has a great calming vibe. I've tried pretty much every massage/spa location in this little corridor along Madison and they were all fine, but this is the only place now that I've been back to, repeatedly and consistently. It's beautiful and very carefully thought out. Every details seems to have been well curated. But most importantly, Amber is an incredible massage therapist. I have back issues and every time she's been able to keep my pains from progressing to sciatica, which has happened frequently. I haven't tried any of the other therapists, but based on how detailed Amber clearly is, I imagine she would only work with people who are equally fantastic. I did upgrade to CBD lotion which I'd never tried before, and definitely think it's worth it! I haven't tried any of the other amenities, but I hope to soon. read more

Jon Garland did my 1 hour massage today. Scheduled for 12:30pm. We had gone over what I wanted worked on, while Jon took notes. Before starting Jon asked would I like some CBD oil used. I said yea sure, I've never had that offered before. He never told me it was additional cost! As he began working on my back he spent more time on my left. I needed my Right side worked on mostly during the massage session- "neck/ shoulder, right thumb, right "toe". As he started on me laying downward he spent more time on my left. So I felt to not mentally relax to feel and see how this massage experience goes. As I flip facing upwards. Jon asked how did I feel. I was honest about my opinion. I told him I still feel tense on my right side areas. He told me he felt alot of inflammation and scar tissue mostly on my left side. I told him I asked for my right side to be main focus. He responded with he felt I had more work to get done on my left. I'm the paying customer I wanted what I wanted not what he wanted to offer me. Besides that I felt my massage was rushed, I've gotten many massages and I didn't get as much time upwards on my lower body. I feel he cut corners with me. As I was putting on my shoes near the first desk, the lady asked Jon a few time confirming did he use "CBD OIL" I didn't know it cost so I never spoke up. The front desk lady asked the normal questions end of the visit before paying. She didn't tell me the total and asked for my card. Something didn't sit right with me after I left the facility. I checked my checking account and felt I paid more than the cost and fees were. I checked my email and checked out my receipt to see that they charged me for the CBD oil. I knew I wasn't returning that just made it that much easier to make a yelp review. If you want a nice massage not in Seattle! I'd recommend going to Maya whole health studio I recommend Beth! I'm disappointed that I picked this location because it was close to my house for a birthday pick me up. read more

They say they will send you a text message when your appointment is coming up but that didnt happen, so was charged full amount for a missed appointment and then they sent me a bill. No attempts were even made to rectify the issue, not great customer service. Just $200 gone and no services rendered. Will never be back here again thats for sure. read more

Amber is AHH-mazing! She really figures out what you and your body need. I like a good amount of pressure without it hurting too much which I've rarely received from past massages. I could feel she used her forearms while still giving enough nuanced pressure so she doesn't wear out her finger joints too much. I asked for work on my shoulder blades and she applied these skillful techniques that applied pressure from all these different angles. My body felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. I went to Seattle Massage Pro looking for massage therapy for my legs, as I am physically active on a bicycle and tend to get a lot of stiffness in my quads. I booked with Amber, and she met me at the time I requested in the lobby and was already prepared for me. I went into the room where she asked me questions about what I was looking for, what areas might be causing me issues, and checked my posture to see if there was any tightness she could quickly see. The massage was fantastic. She focused on the problem areas I mentioned, spending the majority of the massage on my legs. I felt cared for and like she really was creating a massage for me, and not some run of the mill routine she had memorized. I don't get massages very often and therefore was a little nervous going into this, but Amber immediately put me at ease in a very comfortable setting. I got a full body swedish massage and I felt completetly relaxed and rejuvenated by the end. Amber also showed a wide range of knowledge, as any problem area I told her about (I'm a runner with lots of little aches and pains), she was quick to work on that area and could pinpoint the muscle/ligament/tendon that was having issues.
