This has been a shopping mall that not only tourists but also local and Vancouver residents come with family and friends all the time during weekend. It's it somehow true that there aren't as many brands as are in some other big cities; for example, New Jersey and LA. However, there are already more than enough, including Burberry, Tory Burch, AllSaints, Gucci, in an outlet. The environment here is also much more chill than in some other big cities since no one would push behind you. Many local people know what to purchase before coming here, so they are willing to drive 40 minutes. However; if you're just here to take a look, I would say that it is not convenient to take bus from downtown unless you have too much time. Parking is free and usually available besides Black Friday. Food courts and Starbucks are available. Check in on yelp and get the discount passport from the service center. read more

There are a variety of stores, including higher end stores that are out of my budget. The food options didn't appeal to me, so you may want to fuel up beforehand. We usually go to the Seattle Premium Outlets about once a year; I limit most mall trips to once per year or unless I need to go to a specific store. It's only a few miles north of us on I5. Most of the time we just stroll in and out of stores. Often times, purchasing a few items because they grabbed our eyes. This weekend was no different. The crowds were fairly light on a sunny February afternoon, the outdoor mall concept was ok in mild weather. The mix of stores are leaning more towards clothing and shoes, less housewares than past trips. Virtually all of the stores were open, very few closed storefronts. The busiest stores are what you would expect, Nike and Under Armor. That trip will last me another six months. Yes, I recommend. Yes, I will be back, in a year. read more

My friends and I were driving back from Canada and saw this outlet mall as we were passing! We knew immediately that we needed to make a pit stop here. They have some great deals here! I visited Kate Spade and found 75% off deals. In hawaii the highest they go is 70% off so that was impressive! I did lots of shopping and everyone was friendly. The deals here in Washington are pretty great! I only have the waikele outlets and we don't have any good deals like this. Nike was one my favorite places to shop! Lots of good deals happening and majority of the store was 30% off. Cannot beat that! Their bathrooms were pretty clean for having so many people go in and out through there. Overall, if you are in the area, then I would recommend checking out their deals! read more

This is a good place to go to get your shopping on! Plenty of higher end stores. I know it says outlet but it's set up for full retail. It's a very popular place and it is always crowded. Tour buses come in from all points north (Canada) and fill the place with shoppers especially on the weekends. Parking is dicey and you are taking a chance of someone either breaking into your car, running into it and leaving, or just stealing it altogether. It's located for easy ingress and egress but on the busier days be prepared for traffic and lots of it. The food court is lacking for a place that is so popular and you would do better at a nearby restaurant if you don't mind an hour wait behind the shopping tourists from our neighbors to the north. Mostly I know what I'm looking for before I go so I get in and get out as quickly as possible but sometimes I'll get sucked into the hysteria and wander aimlessly and somehow wind up leaving with more bags than I can carry (and less money of course). I went there yesterday 12/28/2021 around 5:30pm and more than half of the stores were closed. I understand that the there is inclement weather but it would nice to put the updated schedule online. I drove 2 hrs to get to the mall and was really disappointed because I checked the hours of the mall the night before and it says 10am-9pm. Other than that, this is a great outlet mall. They have a lot of luxe brand stores like Ferragamo, Burberry, Prada, Armani and Boss. They also have the usuals such as Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, Michael Kors And much more. However, because of it's popularity, it's super crowded and all the things I wanted to buy were all out of my size, whether it was shoes or clothes. Located north in Tulalip, the Seattle Premium Outlet mall is usually a day trip for us to drive up from Kirkland. We'll put a game plan together before we jump in the car and travel. These outlets are outdoor and can be wet during the Winter and overbearingly hot during the Summer months. Plan for appropriate attire and wear comfortable walking shoes. If you're planning to go on the weekend, go early! These outlets open at 10am sharp, and tour buses are already beginning to arrive with hoards of tourist shoppers. Another reason to go early is to ensure parking. There is an abundance of outlet stores, but the parking is by no means plentiful. These outlets are new and modern and the stores reflect that vibe. Many higher-end brand retail names. Gucci, Coach and Kate Spade, to name a few of the purse collections. I've purchased cross-trainer shoes at New Balance, a dress for a college reunion at Ann Taylor, and my husband enjoys the Nike and Under Armour stores. A great bargain shopping experience for everyone's retail therapy needs. We enjoy a nice walk thru the Outlet maze and window shop. Despite a lot of shoppers, there is not a true sense of rush. People seem to take their time meandering thru the stores. While busy with crowds, it's not necessarily overwhelming. The food court is seriously lacking considering the stores seem to cater to a more upscale clientele. Coffee, foot-long sandwich or pretzel are about the only food options. If you want something with more sustenance, you'll need to find a near-by restaurant or drive to the Tulalip Casino. read more

I used to come here all the time on the way up and back from Canada, but with the border being closed still, I have not had any opportunity to stop by, until the tulip festival brought me up to this part of the state again. This used to be one of my favorite places to shop at, they have a good variety of stores, and since the last time I came (2 years ago or so), I noticed that they brought in more expensive brands to cater to the clientele. I was surprised to see Marc Jacobs and Arcteryx, just to name a few. I went to Lululemon outlet for the first time ever and they had a good inventory of products but unfortunately nothing stood out. On a sunny day this is the perfect outlet to be walking around since it is outdoors, but in the winter months it can get quite chilly. Would recommend stopping by if you're in the area, or if you are coming from far away, then it is worth it if you plan on purchasing a lot of stuff. read more

The mall was great it had all of your usual stores from high end to your basic stores. The lines were long since it was Black Friday but a few shops did have hot chocolate which was nice because it was COLD. Parking was a bit challenging, but again it was Black Friday so I would assume there were more people then normal. Don't expect to get the greatest of deals on all of your favorite stores. A lot of the stores you have to buy several things at regular price in order to get a couple things free or half off. The Food Court is a mess because there's only five restaurants and nobody cleans the tables. Definitely the place to catch Covid. Everyone comes here on the way down to Seattle from Canada. Parking is available all over. The deals seem to be hit or miss, depending on the time of year. I swear the deals are better during summer months. When I went over Christmas Break 2012, nothing really stuck out. I actually left empty-handed. It is a must for me to visit an outlet mall no matter where I am. So, we visited the one in Seattle. Students (colleagues in Seattle, really) in my boyfriend's course that he was teaching said that many Canadians flocks to this outlet mall. I am assuming that this scenario was more prevalent when our dollar was at par. This outlet is a fair distance north of Seattle. We went on a Friday afternoon. Traffic was horrible. Eventually, we made it. We both liked this outlet. It is an outdoor mall with a roof here and there. The weather was gorgeous, so it was nice. We got some great deals and bought the following: - A pair of jeans from Gap - A wallet from Kipling - A bagel guillotine, oatmeal heater, and some other cool gadgets from Kitchen Collection - Two pairs of track pants from Adidas We got a coupon book from customer service. We have an outdoor concept outlet mall in St. Louis (like the Seattle Premium Outlets) and love it during those beautiful days where you can shop while taking a stroll outside. I also love some of the high-end luxury brands (i.e. Burberry and Tory Burch) you can find here. This is based on visiting Brooks Brothers at this outlet mall- love the place. Shopping as some of us remember the experience, you might also remember- nicely laid out, clothes pressed and hung on racks where you can actually move the hangers to see the clothes, things hung in the correct section for size and, wait for it, knowledgeable and pleasant sales people who are doing more than standing behind a counter waiting to take money. Family member is gearing up for interviews so grownup outfits are required to transition from food service to office. Walked in, sales person came over to help us, found the lovely sofa, turned family member over to the sales person, short conversation about objectives, and I left them to it. I caught up on my email comfortably seated on the sofa while my partner went off to check out the ample men's section. Family member experienced retail service, private dressing room, consultation about fit and style. We left with a dress, blazer, skirt, two blouses and a pair of cords in 25 minutes and everyone was smiling. Ok it's not the cheapest but the quality is still great and the discounts are deep. And I didn't do anything but nod occasionally, and family member looks like a million bucks and no shopping trauma. read more

Living in Spokane we have to deal with our share of no "premium outlets" nearby .. so our shopping depends a lot on trips to Portland or Seattle. The latest spree was here .. a bit far from our friend's place, where we stay, in Renton but a total of 100 miles drive was totally worth it. Expected the on going sale, at a few places, to be a notch higher .. looked like a rather regular routine and not something you would expect in Premium Outlets. Adidas, Nike, TH (apparels) were not carrying anything which could be termed as great .. But the other stores made up for it .. we went to stock up for the coming winters and boy did we manage. Surely burnt a hole in the pocket .. a big one .. but it is alright. One thing which a lot of people look for (to my experience) is a "Bose" showroom which is not present here .. just wanted to share. And the food court should be avoided .. All in all, one trip a season would not be a bad idea .. given the selection one could find here. Definitely closer to Everett than Seattle, but I suppose Everett Premium Outlets doesn't quite have the same ring. It's probably 45 minutes outside of Seattle, so not terribly far either. It is pretty typical of most Premium Outlets as it includes a large range of stores all of which have their own discounts. Definitely not my favorite premium outlet as I'm not a huge fan of their general lay out. However compared to the Centralia outlets this is certainly the better of the 2. Of note they have a greater selection of food options available on site compared to others. If you plan on going to any of these outlets on a weekend, I highly recommend going early, as parking can be quite the challenge. read more

I come to this place several times every year and especially during Black Friday and prior to my trip to India. What's the best way I can put this without sounding mean? I know! This is a very boring mall with no redeeming qualities! I think that's the nicest way I can say it while still being honest. And actually, it is quite kind of me to be honest because the mall's name lies twice. It is not in Seattle, and it is not premium in anything except ways to waste time. The people who drive two hours to come here are out of their freaking minds, I tell you. And that's probably the most obvious thing about this place. The mall probably has almost as many Canadians as Americans. And I really have to wonder why. There is a myth that Tulalip is close to the Canadian border. Is it not blatantly obvious how wrong the people who perpetuate that myth are? The place is 75 miles away from Blaine, and obviously it's going to be more if you're driving from distant places like Vancouver or Chilliwack. So here's my question. In what world is 75 plus miles not that long of a distance? In the magical world of Canada? Is Canada such a miserable place that to drive all the way here is like visiting paradise? I've been to Canada before and it's not that bad; why do those people think they have nothing to do in their home country so they have to come to a god-awful outlet mall in the United States to live better lives? Okay, so that was like three paragraphs of ranting about Canada. It's time to rant about the mall itself, which should be easy because it is a mall with nothing to do. What's the most important thing about a mall? How about having a diverse selection of interesting stores? Seattle Premium Outlets has nothing but generic clothing store after generic clothing store. Seriously, doesn't this get old after a while? Did the people of Canada run out of bears to hunt in their homeland, so they have to come here to shop for clothes instead? Sorry. I promised to stop making fun of Canada. Now let's talk about how the mall directory clearly illustrates how more than 50% of the place is made up of designer fashion, sportswear, and shoe stores. The majority of the remainder consists of children's stuff, leather, accessories, jewelry, houseware, and gifts. In fact, the only other things that the mall has beside those are food and information. That's pretty pathetic for any mall, not just this one. I was going to try to find a way to avoid mentioning the food court, but since we're on the subject, I guess I have to talk about how poor your options for food here are. The food court has five restaurants, all of them terrible. The Chinese one on the far left is outrageously bad and heavily rips off Canadians in its exchange rate. The Canadian dollar having only 80% of its value when converted to the American dollar is absolutely ridiculous. And the worst part is that everybody allows this to happen. Nobody cares because they're here for the clothing, and so they'll turn a blind eye to any crime that happens here. Arson, murder, shitty overpriced food. Well, I won't stand for it. It is simply not fair that so many mindless people are driven miles like sheep to such a mundane place. There is absolutely nothing interesting here. There is nothing here that you won't get anywhere else. For that reason, I condemn the tour guides who send people en masse to Seattle Premium Outlets. I condemn the businesses for pretending to offer bargain deals. And I condemn the people who support those businesses, i.e. the customers who don't even know they're getting ripped off. A little better than your typical outlets, I guess it's why it's called Premium Outlets, but it's not in Seattle, so why the name? It's in Tulalip, really far away from Seattle! Anyway, I loved browsing this place just because it was a bit more cleaner and organized than other outlets I normally go to. I spent most of my time in The North End shop getting new sweatshirts and hoodies for myself and my husband and underwear at Calvin Klein, but nonetheless, lots of options here for rather good prices. Seattle Premium Outlets is one of the better outlet malls that we have ever visited. There are plenty of places to park. They even have an area for covered parking!! Many shops to browse which is what I did while my wife and her aunt shopped. I got a lot of exercise by just walking around the outlet. I did go into quite a few shops, but did not find anything worth purchasing. My wife and her aunt were not left empty-handed. We all enjoyed the 4 hours we spent there. If you are in the mood for shopping, then travel about 40 minutes to get here from Seattle. Yeah, this outlet mall is not even located in Seattle. The shopping center can be crazy busy during the holidays and on sunny weekends, it is really worth taking a day off and making the trek out there. I ended up buying a beautiful wrap dress from Dianne von Furstenberg, a purse from Kate Spade, runners from Nike and heels from BCBG. That's definitely a score for me! The only thing I wish they would improve was their food court. It's still the same sad food choices without any healthy options besides Subway. read more
