We live near the Kent east hill location location but unfortunately they open late and close early. So we started driving down the hill just to use the sauna pods. They do their best to accommodate customers needs and don't use high pressure sales techniques. Roxy is by far the best sales rep there and remains cheerful even with a flurry of activity. The tanning beds that I've used (Medium and High pressure) have all been in good working order and definitely are newer than most places I've been. Some of the timer readouts are shot on a few machines, but nothing that would affect your tan. My one complaint with them is that they say they have a strict walk in only policy, but I've routinely seen people cut in line because they called ahead. What's up with that??!
